Providing & fixing EN:12572-2017 Certified 2D Mozaik XP by international Standard FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) panels for Lead Climbing wall made by top and bottom layer of chopped and woven roving fiber glass and resin and a polyvinyl choride core with CNC cut to required size and shape with minimum 18mm thickness fixed on existing/tailor made primary and secondary structure for wall. Panels shall have pre- drilled and filleted holes @ minimum 18 nos per square meter for fixing holds, arrangement for fixing holders/ protection points/ belay points and arrangement at top for fixing security system (chain anchors) at top. M10 slab-based T nuts are screwed into place. A friction coating is applied which is a mixture of polyester and epoxy resin, silica sand and color pigment. The panels should be able to withstand climbers weight, weather proof for outdoor use and meet norms as per EN 12572 : 2017 STANDARDS. The panel will have sand finish on one side with slight abrasion on climbing side. Overhangand other standard should be as per drawing and as directed by designer. Wall should be so designed that it can be used for multipurpose training such as begineer/ intermediate/ advance level and climbing competition all above including transporation, loading & unloading with practice wall at the back (8*15 M high front backside 6 * 4.5 M high)
