Fabrication and Fitting of Tie rod approx. 3 mtr Span of 40×6 mm flat iron with submersible pump set with the help of heavy duty nuts and bolts welded at both ends of Tie rod as per requirement of pump set. The job also includes 1 No. reducer nipple, welding of flanges, fitting of reducer nipple alongwith fabrication and labour charges.

Providing and Fabrication of 80 & 65 mm dia G.I. pipe (med) with required flanges joints, M.S strips joints etc by cutting and making approx. 10 ft length and flanged with both ends by way of welding with M.S Filler rodes and making it complete leak proof. The M.S Flanges are to be finished properly so that rubber gasket is to be inserted properly between two flanges and tightened with nuts and bolts complete and making it leak proof joint of M.S. flanges. The job also includes welding of flat iron M.S Strips at each end of pipe for giving extra strength to flanged joints for Tube well No. 1, 4, 5 & 6 respectively. The job includes carriage of all the pipes, making, fitting with loading and uploading from store to workshop and from workshop to site of work i.e. tube well complete job with labour charges only.
