Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40KVA(at MSL),415 Volts,3 phase and neutral , 50 Hz ,1500rpm Diesel Generator Set with canopy as per various guidelines (Ministry of Environment & forest notification dated 12 july2004, central pollution control board letter No B-31613 / 7/93 /PCI-II dated 19th Jan 2005 & Noise pollution control rules 2000 dated 14 Feb 2000 and as per, if any ,other notification issued ) along with the Output control panel. The Genset should be , Air cooled, humidity 60% and with an A-1 governing system with an alternator of suitable capacity and capable of taking 10% over load for one hour and having an inbuilt heater/ cold starting kit(from manufacturer) suitable to start the Genset at a temperature of -30deg along with the day time running tank (1000ltr)fully puffed and insulated to the temp of -40 and with PPR fitting (fully puffed and insulated ) from tank to Genset . (a).Brush less Alternator: Brush less Alternator 40 KVA output at 0.86PF, AC 3 phase,415 Volts 50Hz, self- excited self -regulated, Screen protected drip proof type with two end shield ball/roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces as per IS-4722 or BS2613-1970 all as specified and directed. (b)Engine: Diesel engine air cooled and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder four stroke, cold starting ,1500RPM industrial type as per BS-649 or IS-1601 with mechanical governor suitable to regulate speed of DG set from NO load to full load complete with Double insulated fuel tank of cap as per manufacturer recommendations, fuel lines duly insulated to bear -30deg, exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope and, with support and silencer mufflers etc. For continuous operation and standard accessories, sump pre heaters etc. (C).
