Providing and laying in position cement concrete in M-15 grade concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost and carriage of all materials involved upto site of work complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement in 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in above plinth upto floor level V including curing in cement motar 1:6 including all lead and lifts complete job.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

P/F of Ornamental wooden eaves boarding (size 300x40mm) of approved pattern & design of Ist. Class kail wood complete.

Providing and fixing pre-coated galvalume profile sheets 1.00mm thick TCT having a crest height of 28-32mm at 195mm pitch and effective with of 975-1000mm and length to suit site requirement to the purlins using self drilling and self tapping fasteners of reputed make with purlin sheet with self drilling and self tapping fasteners and fixing flashings valley and ridges of colour coated galvalume plain sheet using self drilling and self tapping fasteners of reputed make complete as directed.

Providing and fixing in position 100mm thick polyurethane foam (PUF) fire resistant FR grade D2 with high density with temperature ranges (+) 90degree to (-) 60 degree with pre painted galvanized iron sheet 0.5mm thick on both side fixed with necessary fixing materials complete.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed 35 mm thick shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, including panelling and all required of ornamental brass hardware fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. . First Class deodar wood.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): First class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC extruded, section having an overall dimension, as below (tolerance+/-1mm with wall thickness 2.0mm +/-0.2mm, corners of the door frame to be joined with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joint mitred and plastic welded. The hinges side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized MS tube of size 19x19mm and 1mm +/-0.1mm wall thickness and three numbers stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturers’ specifications and direction of engineer-in-charge) Extruded section profile size 42x50mm.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, pre-moulded and pre-polished Granite of any colour and shade, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, molding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels: (Area of slab over 0.5 sqm).

Providing and fixing 12mm thick T & G planks made of imported wood ( New-Zealand pine or equivalent) for roofs soffits and ceiling, partitions sawn and put up in position in budloo wood ( ceiling joists). Including cost of necessary adhesive and cost of nails etc, with necessary cornice of required size complete job. Including cost of nails / screws all complete as approved by engineer in charge (including cost of all material, leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete.)

Providing of Structural details, Drawings and Designs including proof checking and all other technical parameters duly vetted by any Government / Semi Government organization (complete)
