Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of weather proof pole mounting control gear box with 5A English electric make HRC fuse, 5A MCB of approve make MCB, approved make 4 way , 30A lock type connector strip, gland plate to accommodate up to 3 cables of 4C x10 sq. mm. ‘AL’ armoured, Nipple for wire etc. & earth stud. The control gear shall be hinged door type and to have key lock system with rubber gasketing. Mounting clamp arrangement shall be provided as per dwg. & specifications.30x20x15 Cms.3 core x 2.5 sq. mtr flexible copper cable of Standard make to be installed from control gear to light fixture.

Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protectedwith burnt bricks on sides and on top . On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or through the HDPE pipe of size not less than 30Sqmm dia or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc: 4Cx10mm2 Al.

Two earth wire 6 SWG hot dipped GI shall be connected from earthing ring to earthing clamp and earthing clamp to MS box. 3 core x 2.5 sq. mtr flexible copper cable of Standard make to be installed from control gear to light fixture.

Supply, installation ,testing and commissisong of Outdoor type feeder pillar for External Street Lighting(Double Door Type IP 65) of suitable size not less than 30cm and up to 45cm deep made out of 16SWG thick steel sheet duly compartmentised having 4 strip Bus Bar of 100Amp capacity,Double door with spring loaded allen key type locking arrangement for inner compartment and separate coupboard type concealed locking arrangenent for outer door.(Panel will have separte compartment for electric supply) duly rain and dust protetcted.The panel shall be fixed on MS angle iron frame of Size 50mmx50mmx6mm(NS) 90 cm long legs ot of which 45cm duly grouted in cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement,2 sand and 4 stone aggreate 20 cm) and having following accessories mounted inside the cubic panel i/c connections, interconnections,earth studs, painting as required. Note: The contactors shall be controlled by a Digital Time Switch with adjustable time for switching "ON" and "OFF" the lampsthroughout the year mounted inside the fedder Pillar.
