Disassembling of the existing pumping unit (10 Cusec) from its existing base including disassembling the suction and delivery and its subsquent shifting to a nearby location (adjacent to pump house) for making the space available for laying of the concrete block (Job to be done by Civil Counterpart). The job further includes the assembling of the pumping unit back to the new working concrete platform by way of securing and tightening it to the foundation bolts and also the rerouting and welding/cutting of the existing suction delivery joints/pipes/flanges in order to match the suction and delivery pipes with the pumping unit installed on the newly laid concrete block. Fitting of Departmental MS Pipe (350 MM), 02 Meter in length on delivery side of the Pumping Unit and the pipe is to be shifted from Paribal Store in a private load carrier including loading & unloading through manual means is also included in this job.

Fabrication, providing, fitting of MS foundation bolts T type at the bottom. The bolts shall be fabricated out of 20 mm thick MS round bars and 600 mm long bar. The T piece shall be 150 mm long and shall be welded. The bolts shall be threaded upto 75 mm at the top. Each bolt shall be fitted with nuts and washers of required size. The bolts shall be grouted in the above cement concrete block for fixing of the base frame of the pumping unit.

Providing and welding of steel plate flanges as per IS 6392 with nominal size 350 mm with nut bolts.
