Unit No. 1,4 & 6 Job involves preventive maintenance by way of dismantling the pumping unit by removing the upper half casing after opening the studs, nuts, bolts and other accessories and subsequently extracting out the rotating assembly from the lower casing and thereafter clearing the silt/ accumulated in the casing and impeller section. Greasing the bearings at both ends and other parts. P/F of new nuts and bolts 09 nos for pump no 1 and 13 no bolts for pump no 4 and 11nos for pump no 6 inlieu of damaged bolts,gland bolts 6nos instead of damaged gland bolts,gland packing and oil paper gasket of the same size as per sample and closing the top cover. Coupling of the pump with the prime mover with nuts bolts and bushes after making proper alignment and testing the unit on full load. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, to and fro carriage charges etc. (Complete Job)

Repair/Maintenance of 914 mm dia dresser/flexible compression coupling fitted with the Rising Main at LIS Raya by way of opening/cutting of rusted/damaged studs and nuts 21 Nos. Pulling out dresser coupling rings from both sides and extracting damaged V-type gaskets from grooves. Complete cleaning of internal body and grooved surfaces where V type gaskets are to be fitted with chemical and scrubbers to remove rust and other foreign material on it. P/F of new V type gaskets fabricated out of high quality rubber, 6 running meter (i.e.3mtr.for each side) as per sample. Fitting/tightening of both side rings by p/f of new 21 Nos. studs along with nuts fabricated out of high carbon steel as per sample in proper alignment with rising main. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, to and fro carriage charges. Complete job. RD 1000
