This is done for easy removal of suction pipe in case of retreival of damaged foot valve. The also includes hiring of boat for providing working place on the suction side as there is no working plateform. The Job includes carraige of all tools, tackles and labour of skilled technician required for completion of the Job.

• Dismantling of old damaged coupling at site by engaging skilled labour, tools and tackles, shifting it to workshop for boring of new coupling as per sample.
• Drilling/boring of new coupling as per size by turning it on lathe by engaging a skilled lathe operator.
• Cutting of groove for cotter pin as per sample.
• Fabrication of cotter pin as per sample.
• Shifting of new coupling to site, installing the same by P/F of rubber tyre, coupling bolts, nuts and washers.
Job includes proper alignment of coupling by an expert so to avoid damage to pumping machinery due to misalignment besides testing of unit on full load at site.
