Casting, machining, finishing, painting and providing of diffuser part of bowl assembly of Vertical turbine Pump entirely as per sample.The job specifications are listed below: The part shall be casted in Cast Iron. A concentric diffuser part with inlet diameter of 460 mm and outlet diameter 410 mm with equally spaced guide vanes of specified height with following detailed specifications is to be fabricated. Overall length of diffuser part including falnges= 500 mm Thickness of flanges= 25 mm No of bolt holes= As per column pipe /bell mouth part for seamless integration Pitch Circle diameter of bolt holes = As per column pipe /bell mouth part Thickness of pipe in diffuser part= 8 mm No of vanes= 7 -8 Vane height = As per sample Vane curvature = As per sample The vanes shall have a hub at center of the diffuser as per sample for holding and guiding the impeller shaft.The diameter of hub opening shall be such that it can hold gunmetal bushing. The hub shall have GM bushing with cutless nitrile rubber.The suface of diffuser shall be coated with two coats of primer and one coat of epoxy paint (inside & otside) for corrosion resistance
