LIS Sagipora- Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning of 10 Cusec X 15 Mtr Horizontal Centrifugal pumping unit-1 no. along with starter and allied electromechanical works and other technical specification as detailed in SBD. The pump shall be complete with Mild steel Base frame, fabricated as per IS226 or IS2062 with requisite foundation bolts TC (or as per recommendation of OEM) coupling set one no., Welding /civil /labour work required for installation, testing and commissioning of the pumping unit and suction/ delivery system which may include concentric expanders/reducers if the pump size varies from preferred sizes is included in the job. The job also includes providing of graphited natural fiber packing and initial loading of grease and lubrication oil to pump.(Manufacturers test certificate mandatory) Suction Pipes: Fabrication, Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 300 mm nominal dia mild steel suction line (approximately 12 m) having thickness 4.5 mm. The job also includes fabrication, providing and fitting of 300 mm dia. 4.5 mm thick M.S easy bend (01 no.), tail pieces (02 no.) The job also includes providing and fitting of 300mm nominal dia, 12 mm thick mild steel flanges (08 no) properly turned and finished to be welded to the suction pipe joints, bends, tail pieces etc. The job includes all cost of all carriages of material, head load, skilled and non –skilled labour, welding set, oxy-acetylene gas cutter, DG set, providing and fitting of nuts and bolts, rubber insulation cloth, tools, and tackles etc. as required for carrying out job at site. The job also includes applying one coat of red oxide steel primer and two coats of anti-corrosive paint to pipes.

FOOT VALVE: Fabrication, providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of 300 mm dia mild steel foot valve with perfect flat seat face for excellent sealing having rigid and sturdy design with minimum head loss, the overall approximate dimensions/ specifications are as: a. Nominal Dia = 300mm b. Bell mouth dia = 450mm c. Overall length = 450mm d. Flange thickness = 12 mm e. Seat plate thickness = 16mm. f. Body thickness= min 06 mm g. Weight plate thickness =16 mm The foot valve shall be fitted with M.S. strainer fabricated out of 12mm square bar, height 06 inch, leather washer, hinge pin assembly and providing, fitting of nuts and bolts is included in the fabrication of the foot valve. The job includes applying one coat of red oxide steel primer and two coats of anti-corrosive paint to foot valve.

DI REFLUX VALVE: Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning PN 1.0, 300 mm dia DI double flanged reflux valve of Kirloskar or equivalent reputed make. Any modification required at site for fitting of reflux valve to the rising main is included in the job. Furthermore nuts, bolts, rubber insertions etc are included in the job. The job includes cutting of 300 mm dia MS rising main to accommodate new reflux valve and providing and fitting of suitable matching flanges(02 no ). The job also includes testing of the said reflux valve on full load. The job includes cost on account of earth excavation, oxy acetylene gas cutter, DG set, welding set, labour charges and tools and tackles for completion of job.
