The job further opening the nuts and bolts of the motor so as to disengage it from the discharge head, disengaging the motor from pump, by opening the coupling bolts, lifting the motor from the discharge head placing it at some safe place within the pump station. The job further includes dismantling the discharge head from the base frame by way of opening the nuts and bolts connecting the discharge head with the base frame. Loading all the dismantled parts of the pumping unit in the load carrier and shifting the same to workshop and unloading for carrying the necessary repairs. All the tools and tackles, skilled labour required for carrying out the job shall be arranged by the firm. The extraction of work shall be carried by technically sound persons well versed with the mechanical works. the job includes loading the bowl in the private load carrier and unloading at workshop.

Manufacturing and providing and fitting of new 45 mm ND head shaft. The head shaft to be fabricated out of SS-410. The job includes machining, finishing, threading and key way formation as per sample. Length of shaft : 1.25 M
