Annual periodical maintenance/ replacement of head and escape gates of size {3’ 6” X 4’} each of Naj Canal by way of dismantling of winch machine on distributaries system. Extracting of machine outside with help of necessary tools and tackles, other equipments and manual labour. Straightening of stem rod by manual labour, P/F of nuts and bolts after cutting rusted ones by welding. Providing and fitting of new winch machine [3 tons capacity]. P/F of rain pipes. The job also includes repair to the gates by way of providing and fitting new M.S sheet of required gauge to both the gates after removing the old and worn-out M.S sheet. Job also includes painting of both winch machine and gate by application of one coat of metal primer two coats of smoke grey paint after rubbing and scraping of the surfaces with the sand paper. Assembling of all the parts of the winch machine and its fitments and retrieval back of the repaired gate in embodiments and testing the repaired gate at site and satisfactory commissioning The job includes the cost of material skilled and unskilled labour charges, hire charges of welding set, tools and tackles and carriage.
