Providing & fitting of new 3 inch dia. NRVin the rising main installed at of LIS Kalsian after extracting out the old/damaged NRV by diggingbeneath earth & cutting of the rusted nuts/bolts of the flanges with the help of gas cutter, re-installation of new NRV after levelling and making proper alignment/adjustment with 3 inch dia. Pipe flanges on both sides alongwith P/F of high tensile nuts & bolts properly, including providing & fitting of gaskets to make the joint leak proof. Complete job includes extraction of old/damaged 3 inch dia. NRV installed in rising main, cost of material i.e new NRV of the same specifications fitting of new NRV skilled & semi – skilled labour charges, hire charges of tool & tackles required at site i.e. gas cutter, welding set etc. Complete Job.

Repair/re-conditioning of 3 inch dia. sluice valve installed at delivery pipe of pumping unit by way of dismantling and separating its all components such as spindle rod, spindle nut, gate flap, C.I gland etc. cleaning the parts deposited with silt and mug etc. replacement of the spindle nut, spindle rod and re-assembling of the sluice valve with P/F of packing sheet at the joints and gland packing, re-installation of sluice valve on the delivery line after levelling and making proper alignment/adjustment with the delivery line. Job also includes repairs to the old/partially damaged foot valve, 75 mm dia. rising mains, suction/delivery pipes on various leaking spots by way of welding around the periphery, removing the extra flux with the help of emery paper to make the joints smooth and leak proof. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges(skilled and semi-skilled) and hire charges of tools & tackles required at site with complete painting of the rising mains including suction/delivery pipes, NRV, sluice valve& foot valve etc.
