Providing/ Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3.5 cusec discharge, 8 mtr. Head raw water, non clog centrifugal pump (submerged) closed coupled with free passage size ranging between 70mm and 80mm coupled with appropriate Motor via double acting mechanical seal with provision of foot bend for connecting outlet with delivery pipes and allied accessories at LIS phalyana Khul (Rajouri). The job involves Providing/ Carriage/ Shifting of the pumping units i.e 3.5 cusec discharge, 8m head pump, with motor, of reputed make with allied materials to the site of LIS i.e Rajouri by engaging manual labour for loading into the Mechanical Transport and unloading the same at roadside at site of LIS. Further carriage of the same from unloading site to site of installation by manual head load by using suitable tools & tackles. clearing the sump with the help of dewatering pumps and checking the flow towards sump by creating temporary diversion of the river flow. Installation of the pumping unit inside the sump by way of creation of concrete foundation base with M20 grade RCC and grouting the 4 no bolts in base for the foot bend as per size and sample, curing it for 5 days after. installation/fixing of the foot bend on base and mounting the submerged pump motor set on one end of foot base/bend. The job also involves laying of 50mm GI pipe of 12 m length from pump room upto the sump. Part of the pipe is to be laid inside the ground by excavation of appropriate portion of earth and filling/covering with earth after fitting the pipe by way of welding etc, the job further involves p/f of 35mm2 3.5 core cu/al cables of 15 m length from pumping set upto control panel cum starter through 50mm dia GI pipe for protection of cables. Complete job includes cost of pumping units along with allied accessories, other materials, transportation charges, allied civil works, Head load and labour charges for skilled/ semiskilled work at the site of LIS including third party testing charges at site.

Providing and laying of delivery pipe 300 mm dia. (12m approx.) by way of fabrication of 2 nos. M.S pipe bends of right angles as per the site conditions from the available 300 mm dia. M.S pipe. Job including providing/fitting of M.S flanges for 300mm dia. pipes as per site requirement of standard thickness which are to be circumferentially welded at two ends of bends and pipes with the ISI marked welded electrodes. Flanges to have suitable drilled holes to match with the joining ends and is faced for perfect fit. Fitting each pump delivery via foot bend with 300 mm dia. flanged (as per foot bed size) delivery pipes (12m approx.) by p/f of rubber gasket and nut- bolts and fixing the other ends of both delivery pipes with right angle bends. The job further involves creation of manifold by after joining the delivery pipes(2m each) after the bends by welding them together for creation of manifold and then welding the manifold end with common MS rising main 300mm dia. of 8m (approx.) length and p/f of 300mm dia. sluice valve in the rising main at appropriate spot by cutting the pipe via gas cutter and flanging both ends of cut out section as per the flange matching the sluice valve securing the sluice valves with nut bolts and gaskets with rising main. by joining the flanges provided on pipe and bends with gaskets and nut and bolts. All other pipes without flanges are to be circumferentially welded with each other after making proper alignment. The job further involves clamping both the delivery pipes by using MS Brackets made as per size of pipes and fixing 3 no. clamps with each pipe by way of drilling the holes on the side wall for attaching the clamps and then securing them with bolts of appropriate size. The job also involves providing fitting installation and testing of lowering and extraction mechanism for pump motor sets inside sump by way of welding beams on each pillar top, one end to be kept over hanged while other end of beam/girder to be welded with channel box support grouted inside the earth with proper bottoming by cement concrete mixture (for both pillars). Fixing of the girder 150mm in horizontal position over the overhang beam/girders by way of welding at the ends. The further involves reinforcing the overhang beam/girder by welding MS channels/angles underneath the overhang beams/girders. Fabrication of ramp of size 2.5 feet width made out of angles and MS flats along the side wall for extraction/lowering of submerged pumps. P/f of 2 Ton chain pulley block with slider mechanism for handling of the submerged pumps. The job shall include cost of Material, welding charges at site, hire & carriage charges for materials, DG set hire charges, welding set & Oxy – acetylene gas equipment, tools and tackles required for the job, cost of carriage charges etc., labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled labour. Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 70 ampere rating, 3 phase, LT control panel cum protection panel cum automatic star delta starter along with allied works by way of fabrication of panel with 3 pole Main and delta power contactors of 70 A rating 01 no. each and star power contactor of 50 A rating-1no., complete with all protection, safety and control devices / mechanism compatible with the design / rating of the prime mover, of reputed make, conforming to ISI standards. The system should be provided with fault analyser cum controller unit or equivalent of standard and reputed make. The complete system should be enclosed in MS steel enclosure box of suitable dimensions. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Providing / laying of copper conductors of proper rating along with insulation material as per site requirement. The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor. The system/star delta auto starter should not fall into delta if it does not fall into star mode first and should remain de-energised to avoid damage to the motor/machinery and also to the power source/transformer. The system/star delta auto starter should trip off if it does not fall into delta & remains in star mode for more than 10-20 seconds. The system shall provide protection against: -Low voltage below 350 V, High Voltage above 450 V, Single phasing, Reverse phasing, Un Balanced phasing, Dry running, Overloading. In addition, the system should have the following audio & visual features for a quick and accurate diagnosis of the appeared fault/status for a speedy rectification of the system-- Separate LED fault / status indicators, LED phase indicators. Isolation by pass system, for fault analysis of system, with a blinking indicator. An audio warning system/Siren which activates only on starter failure to trip the motor on appearance of any electrical fault mentioned above, to warn the operator to switch off the motor manually 3 LED, contactor „COIL OK‟, indicators, one for each of the contactors / coils. LED star & delta indicators to access the star to delta timing. A tamper proof starting system to avoid manipulations by the motor operator to keep the system in a permanently ON position Testing of panel after making all incoming/outgoing connections on no load and then on full load. The job further includes p/f of PVC sheathed 40 m 3 core aluminium cables of size 35 sqmm from LT panel cum starter upto submerged pump motor sets inside the 50mm GI conduit by properly thimbling at both ends. Job includes cost of machinery, third party testing charges, equipment and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc
