Repairs to 8 cusec discharge x 10mtr head of pumping unit II along with allied works at LIS Seelam.

Decoupling of 8 cusec pump of pumping unit no II from motor and then dismantling pump from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled pump of Lift irrigation station Seelam on head load through path in fields to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. Dismantling of 8 cusec discharge spiral casing pump of pumping unit no Ii at workshop for extraction of all worn out/damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeves, bush, check nuts, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Cleaning of pump casing to remove sand and silt.Repair to pump shaft after turning and threading of pump shaft at required portions for fastening of check nut and fabrication of groove for key way at the position of coupling pulley. Repairs to the impeller by filling cavities and cracks by way of metal filling and grinding to the original size.Providing and fitting of two number new bearings and one number thrust bearing , 1 no’s neck ring, shaft protection sleeve, check nut, nuts & bolts, fabrication of new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing & filling of pump bearing housing with fresh M oil. Providing and fitting of graphite packing in pumping unit Replacement of coupling pulley of pumping unit no II by way of fabrication of new coupling set as per sample and according to the size of motor and pump shaft. Providing and fitting of 8 no’s. new coupling nuts & bolts, rubber bushes, key way. Repairs to priming pump by way of complete dismantling internal parts of the pump. Complete rewinding of motor of priming pump. Replacement of shaft with new one, turning and finishing for bearing and impeller size. Providing and fitting of new bearings (2 no’s), new impeller as per sample, new motor fan , new coupling for connecting motor and pump, gland plate with studs. Assembling of priming pump with greasing of bearings. Testing of pump set on no load condition at workshop. Fitting of priming pump and suction pipeline at site. Complete job with cost of material, labour for installation at site. Back shifting after carrying out repairs of pump to site. The job includes loading, un-loading, fitting ,testing ,manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), tools & tackles etc.Complete job Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate including rebate on old parts as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
