Repair/replacement of worn out parts of 5 cusec x 10m head pumping unit no.2 of LIS Suhagani.

Decoupling of 5 cusec x 10m HC pump of unit no.2 at LIS Suhagani from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base frame. Carriage of the dismantled 05 cusec HC pump set, to the nearest roadside, using manual labour, head load to nearest road side, loading in transport vehicle, carriage to the workshop in the mechanical transport for repairs. Repair to 5 Cusec HC pump set at workshop by way of dismantling and extraction of damaged internal parts. Job includes providing of new shaft sleeve and new pump shaft fitting by turning, aligning, threading at ends and making of new keyways and its proper adjustment Repair to the impeller by way of welding/brazing, machining, making key ways slots on the impeller and fitting of the same on the pump shaft.. Providing and fitting of 2 no.s new bearings on driving and non driving end of the pump as per sample Providing and fitting of bush, new gland ring, repair of bearing housing, new studs/bolts on it, applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, gland packing as per requirement, complete reassembling of pump set after carrying out necessary repairs. Shifting back to the LIS Suhagani and then fitting/reinstallation at the base frame, coupling with the motor by making proper alignment and testing on partial/full load. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges etc. Repair to the coupling set by way of welding, machining of bore, resizing of coupling bolt holes by welding and drilling to proper size and providing/fitting of nuts and bolts and rubber bushes. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges. Dismantling of the 35 H.P electric motor of pumping unit no-2 of LIS Suhagani from base frame, pump & starter electrical connections after disconnecting all electrical connections on input as well as output side. Opening of the side covers of the 35HP Motor at site for extraction of rotor assembly by using chain pulley block, manual labour and proper tools tackles. Cleaning of the stator of the motor with the help of petrol and cloth to remove dust/carbon and then varnishing of the motor with superior quality varnish with two coats & drying in controlled temperature. Providing/fitting of new bearings (DE & NDE) after rebuilding of the rotor shaft, greasing of the bearings of the rotor, reassembling of the stator with rotor using proper tool tackles and manual labour with proper alignment. Making proper electric connections to the motor and then testing of the motor on idle load and full load conditions. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges with hiring charges of tools & tackles.
