Repairs to 200 mm dia foot valve assembly of pumping unit no.1 installed at LIS Kot. The job involves disconnecting / dismantling of the foot valve assembly from the suction pipe by deploying manual labour and allied tools & tackles. Shifting / transporting to the workshop. Cleaning by washing with water to make the foot valves completely silt free. After drying them completely, carrying out necessary repair works on the valve surfaces and flanged joints by welding using good quality electrodes. Dismantling of damaged / worn-out foot valve mechanism with flap & rings etc. Complete repair to the damaged flap plate and strainer by way welding. Providing / fitting of new rubber washer cut as per size of the flap plate. Reassembling the foot valve and transporting back to the installation site at LIS. Fitting the valves to the respective suction lines with replacement of damaged rubber gaskets of flanged joints and worn-out nuts, bolts etc. Complete job including cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges and hire charges for tools & tackles. Repairs to 3cusec discharge, 18 m head H.C Pump unit no. 1 installed at LIS Kot. The job involves removing the pump top cover , extraction of pump shaft assembly & shifting of the pump shaft assembly by manual / mechanical means to workshop. Complete dismantling of the pump assembly. Rebuilding of impeller by of pumping unit no. 2 by using good quality electrodes. Turning/machining of rebuild impeller on lathe machine for proper size . Providing/ fitting of 2no. bearings as per sample of existing one to both the units . and 2 no. bushes as per the sample to unit no. 1&2 . Assembling of the pump parts. Carriage / transportation of the pump assembly back from workshop to the site of installation at LIS. Fitment of pump along with replacement of old damaged studs, gaskets, alignment setting at its position, p/f of gland packing, greasing work etc. Aligning & coupling the pump & motor. Complete testing of the pumping unit on full load. Job includes cost of all material, transportation charges, head load and labour charges for skilled/semiskilled labour, hire charges for tools & tackles. Complete Job

Repairs to 2.5 cusec discharge 30m head horizontal centrifugal pump no . 02 installed at LIS Mukeri . The job involves de-coupling of pump from the motor and removing top cover of the HC pump, extracting the internal impeller assembly together with bearing brackets and shifting the pump by head load to the road side and then loading in the vehicle and shifting to workshop. Complete dismantling of the impeller assembly in the workshop. Rebuilding of impeller by using good quality electrodes. Turning/machining of rebuild impeller on lathe machine for proper size. P/F of 1-No bushes as per sample. Greasing of all the parts . Re-assembling of impeller shaft assembly & shifting back to L.I.S . Fitment of impeller shaft assembly in the pump at proper position & closing the top cover by p/f of new nuts, bolts, washers and packing. Providing / fitting of gland packing, greasing work . Providing/fitting of coupling pulley as per sample along with nuts & bolts Thereafter coupling with motor, alignment setting, testing of pump on load. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, to and fro carriage charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, out station charges etc.Complete Job
