Providing Fitting and testing of Oxygen Gas Cutting System conforming to Gas Cylinder rules (IS 3196 (Pt. 1) of 2006) and latest relevant IS codes. The Job comprises: Providing and fitting of 1. 01 No. 07 Cum Oxygen Cylinder with necessary clear, readable & permanent markings, including Inspector's stamp, as applicable, including but not limited to: a) Serial No, abbreviated name, monogram of the manufacturer and identification of the owner. b) Maximum working pressure in MPa (kgf/cm2). c) Test pressure in MPa (kgf/cm2) and date of hydrostatic test d) Number of Indian Standard e) Tare weight in kg f) Gross weight in kg g) Water capacity in litres and h) Letter ‘N’ or ‘SR’ next to IS Number, if the cylinder is normalized or stress relieved i) (Note: - The Tare weight shall include the weight of the valves fitted to the cylinder). 2.
