TW station Saidpora Pulwama 17.5Hp Pump Motor Repair: - Extracting of motor/pumping unit along with 10 No. of column pipes from the well of Tube well irrigation Scheme saidpora Pulwama, disconnecting of 17.5 HP motor unit and then dragging the unit to the road side manually. Rewinding/Repairs of the 17.5 HP submersible motor by way of shifting the motor/Pump to the work shop in a private vehicle. The job includes extracting the rotor from the stator, striping of old and burnt-out copper wire along with insulation material from the stator, cleaning of stator with petrol and then rewinding of stator slots by way of formation /insulation of required no. of coil set of suitable cross section. The job includes servicing/greasing of motor bearing after extracting them with the help of puller. The motor to be assembled and then bringing back to the site of installation (old scrap shall be retained by the firm as the rates framed in the estimate are inclusive of rebate on old parts/scrape). The job includes lowering the same along with the column pipes and connecting the electric connections. Lastly testing of the same on full load
