Disconnecting power and control supply for LRS of unit no. 1,3 and 4. Draining electrolyte from the tank cleaning tank from inside by removing silt deposits at bottom and sides of electrolyte tanks, cleaning electrode tank using wire, brush, emery paper, etc. applying a coat of black enamel on the exposed surface inside tank. Repairs of LRS by way of dismounting of 03 No. shorting contactor by opening nuts and bolts after disconnecting all the connections, dismantling contactor, removing carbon deposits on fixed and moving contacts using cleaning chemical and rubbing gently to make surface smooth so that proper contacts can be made in closed position, replacing 01 No. damaged electronic Module of contactor CK12BE300( of unit no 3). Dismantling Aluminum bus bars of LRS, cleaning and polishing the same with the help of buffing machine to clear of all the carbon deposits all the bus bars and then fitting the same with necessary nuts, bolts and washers tightly to with stand the load and then fitting contactor to Liquid rotor starter properly. Extraction of fixed and moving electrodes assembly, by extraction of broken bolts by way of cutting, drilling and rethreading for fitting new bolts. Cleaning fixed and moving electrodes by way of grinding/buffing to clear of all the carbon deposit. Refitting the same by way of providing and fitting of new nuts and bolts. Replacing 01 no. moving electrode of Unit no.4. Repair to control panel of 1,3 & 4 unit of LRS by way of replacing damaged selector switch-03 No. (1 in each unit), Forward / reverse contactors -25 Amp 230 V AC -03 No. (1 in each unit), Aux contactor With 2NO+2NC -01 (in unit 1), timer -02 no. (in unit 1 & 3 ), phase failure relay 02 no (in unit 3 & 4 ).. Providing and fitting of new limit switches -02 no. (in unit 3), MCB 4p C10 -02 no. (in unit 1 & 4), emergency stop switch 01 no. (in unit 3), sprocket and chain of drive mechanism 01 no. (in unit 1) Replacing damaged locks of panel box -03 No., damaged indicators, push buttons etc. (1 in each unit) Providing and filling of new electrolyte prepared in right proportion of sodium carbonate and water. Checking all electric wiring and tightening all the loose connections Connecting LRS to LT supply, HT control panel, DC supply and checking forward reverse drive working of LRS’S electrically (Local and remote), control and manual drive, checking working of timer and limit switches. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and charges for all tools and tackles required for execution of job.
