Design, providing, installation, testing and commissioning of new control panel with 1 incoming and 3 outgoing along with auto starter panel for 2 no. pumping units along with cable and other allied electromechanical works for replacement of starter with enhanced protection at LIS Bhour Camp. Designing, fabrication, installation of LT control panel AC 3 phase ,50 hz with one incoming and 3 outgoing feeders for motor unit- I, II, III by way of replacement of the old wall mounted MS sheet enclosed distribution box fixing of new panel on wall/ground with anchoring bolt or PCC work as detailed below: Designing, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel 415 volts, AC-3Phase, 50 Hz. for 3 no. motors of 30 hp, 12.5hp and 10hp each at LIS Bhour camp. The panel should be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of suitable SWG CR Sheet supported on M.S. angle of suitable size and provision for fixing it on the wall/floor with the help of anchoring bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking /sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given one coat of anti-rust primer and two coats of grey /blue paint. The panel should have equipped with following components / features: M.C.C.B. The panel should be fitted with an M.C.C.B. of 160 Amp ,1 No. volt meter, 1no. volt selector switch,1 no ampere meter, ASS , a set of CT’s and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side. OUTGOING NO. 1 The panel should be fitted with a 1 no. 100 A MCCB along with bus bar/wiring should be made to give connection to the already installed dry type star delta starter of 30hp OUTGOING NO. 2 The panel should be fitted with a 12.5 HP fully automatic star delta starter comprises of 1 no. 63 A MCCB, 3 Nos. air break contactor ( 2 Nos. 25A for main and delta supply and 25A 1 No. for star operation), 1 No. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 2 No. indicator, 1 No. MCB 6A for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply. .OUTGOING NO. 3 The panel should be fitted with a. 63 A MCCB, along with bus bar/wiring should be made to give connection to the already installed dry type star delta starter of 15 hp Protections devise / fault analyzer: 3 Nos. protections devices / fault analyzers shall be fitted within the panel with each starter having capability to: A. Protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings: I. Voltage related fault: Single phasing, reverse phase, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage. II. Current related fault: Over load, Under load (dry running), unbalance load, earth leakage, short circuiting. B. Display line current of R, Y & B Phase and also line voltage of RY, YB and BR phase. Bimetal overload relay A bimetal over load relay suitable for 12.5 HP motor should be fitted with starter of 12.5 HP motor as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer. In addition to this both the starters should be connected with incomer M.C.C.B with bus bar/flexible copper cable arrangement of adequate current carrying capacity. All other components i.e., meters, indicators, push buttons, protection relays, operating coils of contactors etc. should be connected with flexible copper cable to complete the circuit for operating the motors. All the internal wiring should be neat and clean. The job includes providing, carriage, laying and fitting of multi strand copper wire of 16 sq. mm or 7/16 - 18 mtr,apprx. 6 sq. mm- 09 mtr apprx. for giving connections from control panel to starter Complete job includes cost of material, labour, transportation, manual shifting and commissioning of the panel and fixing requisite electrical connections testing it and calibration of protection relays. MAKE OF MCCB’s fitted- L&T, Havells, Schneider, ABB or eq. MAKE OF contactors fitted- L&T, Havells, Schneider, ABB or eq. Job also includes dismantling of internal connections inside the pump room from old damaged main switches , old panel board , cutting of cross arms of old panel board by using cutter and creating sufficient place for new control panel, Extracting/cutting of damaged MS angle arms of old panel board to remove it from pump room and fitting of new control panel . the job includes rebate on old items . Providing /fitting of 10” dia (250 mm) reflux valve-01 no. ( PN 1.6 ) of any standard make conforming to ISO 9001 by way of cutting the pipe by gas cutter, making and flanging the pipe ends and fitting the NRV/Reflux valve with required tool and tackles. Complete job includes cost of the valve, nut-bolts, rubber sheet joints, labour, welding set charges transportation, manual shifting and checking on full load.

Designing, fabrication, providing and installation of new CGI sheet shed for drought lift irrigation station at Seelam and Rakhchung. Providing , fitting , fabrication and construction of CGI sheet shed of 10 ft- length x 10 ft- width x 10 ft- height (approximately) for drought lift irrigation station by dismantling the suction and delivery pipelines of drought pumps, lifting of existing drought pump from place of installation using tools and tackles. Filling and Excavation of earth on 10 ft x 10 ft area upto suitable level for levelling of surface 10ft x 10ft by compacting the earth manually, laying of layer of 40mm aggregate stones and compacting. Laying of 1:3:6 grade (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 stone aggregates) on the 10ft x 10ft area upto required height. Curing of concrete structure for 5 days. The frame of the shed should be fabricated and welded out of 50 x 50 x 5 mm MS angle iron. The sides of frame must be grouted in concrete ratio 1:2:4 approximately 1.5 feet. Two number centre supports of 50 x 50 x5 mm MS angle iron have to be welded between each side of frame. Providing and fitting of 0.5 mm powder coated CGI sheets of reputed make (Tata/ Essar / Bushan/jindal ) on the fabricated structure with nut, bolts and washers. The shed must be provided with door on one side of suitable width and height, for easy removal of pumping machinery for repairs and maintenance. The shed must be provided with window of 3 ft width x 3 ft height should be fabricated on one side. The shed must have provision for inlet of suction pipe and outlet of delivery pipes. The roof of shed must be inclined from one side to prevent water logging. Electrification of shed by providing and fitting of one no 30 watt LED, 2 no. LED bulbs light inside the shed, by providing and fitting 1 sq. mm copper cable for connections and providing of 2 no. points , all cables must be properly enclosed in PVC conduits duly clamped on shed wall and should not have any loose connections. Providing and fitting of on/off switches for lights and one number socket. Installation of drought pump inside the pump room using crane/ chain pulley. Connecting suction and delivery pipelines. The job also includes cutting of branch of tree and nearby bushes for creates proper space for CGI Shed, cost of material, consumable, handling, , labour charges for both skilled /semi-skilled labour and hiring charges for Crane form work, tools and tackles required during the execution of the job at site. Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
