Urgent repairs by way of providing, fabrication and fitting of angle iron panel board of size 6ft×4ft fabricated out of ISA 50×50×5mm and ply board flushed/backed with sun mica as per requirement. The fabrication is to be carried out by required mechanical operations viz., cutting, aligning, boring and welding. The welding is to be carried out by superior quality electrodes viz., Adore/Advani. The panel is to be erected and the two vertical legs to be embedded in a cement concrete block with M15 mix after proper excavation of trenches. Also the fitting of 19mm thick ply board backed with sun mica on angle iron frame by required nut bolts, washers and other accessories. The job also includes cuttings and creation of holes for fitting of electrical gadgets on panel board by required tools arranged by the firm. The details of the panel board here as. Addition, alteration and repairs by way of dismantling and extraction of 300mm ND suction system and delivery main by manual means. The suction system includes 300mm dia horizontal and vertical pipe pieces, bends and foot valve. The repairs to be carried out by mobile welding set which includes DG set, tata mobile, welding set, skilled workers and superior quality electrodes. The welding to be carried out by superior quality electrodes in two layers to avoid further leakage. The job includes repairing of horizontal and vertical pipe pieces by required welding lump sum 200cm. The job also includes cutting and alteration of departmental pipe by way of providing and fitting of 02 No. of 300mm dia flanges thickness not less than 12mm for fabrication of tail piece of 4 ft. Also includes repairing of delivery main by required welding at four spots to arrest the leakage. The job includes providing and fitting of required nut bolts of 10kgs and 300mm dia gaskets (06 No.) with leak proof solution. Also includes necessary checking and repairs to foot valve to avoid leakage and provide strength to withstand hydraulic pressure by way of replacement of weight plate/flap along with lever, rubber washer, repairs to hinge complete and repairs to foot valve body by required welding.

Providing and fitting of 40mm dia brass gate valve of heavy duty along with 40mm dia 6inch nipple after removing of damaged one. The nipple to be fitted by required welding to pipe along with all fittings.
