Dismantling of the 100 KVA Electric Transformer from HT and LT connections. Lowering of the transformer from the pole on the ground with help of crane and manual labour. Shifting of the transformer to the workshop with help of mechanical transport, tools and tackles. Opening of the top cover, taking out the coils from the casing using chain pulley block and tripod stand and manual labour. Replacement of old damaged HV coils 08 Nos. and LV coils 02 nos. Heating the rewinded coils to attain the required megger value. Removal of old damaged LT Bushes 04 nos. And HT Bush 03 nos., damaged insulation, rubber gasket. P/Fixing of sundry items, new bush rods, gaskets and internal insulation sleeves and tapping, lowering of coils inside the sump of the transformer. P/Filling of new transformer oil (approx.100 lts) after de-moisturising, Re-fixing of top cover, nuts and bolts and back shifting to site by means of mechanical transport and mounting it on the platform with the help of crane, fitting the same after making connections of the HT and LT lines. P/F of new aluminium thimbles on LT Cables at site. Testing the continuity of the each phase and securing of all joints. Complete job including cost of material, labour charges and hiring charges of crane, tools and tackles as required during the execution of the job etc.

Repairs to 25 HP oil immersed starter no. 01 installed at LIS Kot. The job involves disconnecting the starter and shifting to workshop by mechanical transport. There after dismantling of starter at workshop and replacement of worn out G.M nuts and washers, copper fingers, contacts,(moving and fixed) as per sample. Shifting the starter to LIS. Replacement of worn out/burnt copper thimbles of cables by p/f of new thimbles duly crimped and taped. Topping of 5 litrs. T.oil Connecting power supply & testing on load. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges and other misc. charges at site.Complete Job

Repair to 25 HP three phase induction motor no. 01 at LIS Kot. The job involves decoupling the motor from the HC pump and unfastening the foundation nuts and bolts by using suitable tools and tackles and labour. Lifting the motor out of pump house by using manual labour. Loading the motor in the vehicle and shifting the motor to the workshop . Unloading of the motor in the workshop .The job further involves dismantling of end covers, extraction of rotor from motor. Extraction of damaged winding from the stator. Cleaning of stator with compressed air and requisite chemical cleanser/CCL4. Complete rewinding by way of providing and fitting of new good quality winding wire of gauge and size (as per old sample) in the stator together with replacement of damaged /worn out wedges/strips and p/f of f-class insulation, Application of superior quality varnish (Red Becktol etc.) by spray impregnation process and drying the stator winding with hot air circulation process and thereafter checking the IR value. Providing/fitting of driving end bearing as per sample. Re-assembling the motor after greasing. Shifting the motor to LIS . Installation of the motor over the base frame by providing / fitting of nut bolts, washers etc., making of electrical connections, replacing worn out nuts, bolts for the electrical connection. Alignment & coupling with pump .Complete testing of the pumping unit. Job includes cost of all material, transportation charges, head load and labour charges for skilled / semi skilled labour, hire charges for tools & tackles at LIS. Complete Job
