Fabrication, providing and fitting of 350mm dia Mild steel pipe slipon joint fabricated out of 12mm M.S plate duly rolled in perfect circular and turned to proper size. The job comprises of two No. tail pieces and two No. slipon flanges. The specifications are as under:-
NO.I-Tail Piece:- The number I pipe piece shall be welded with the two number flange on both sides at an axis of 90 degree and welded in two layers. The welding joint should be smooth, flaw less and continuous.
NO.II- Tail Piece:- The number II tail piece shall be flanged on one side and turned on lathe machine to the side of inner dia of the flange.
NO.III- Slipon Flange:- One number guide flange of 25mm thick shall be finished to both sides to accommodate rubber insertion cloth washer from the back side to make the joint leak proof. The flange No.II shall be welded and fitted on turned piece to press the sealing material to make the slipon joint leak proof and to make front and back easiness to the joint for dismantling and refitting. Details of manufacture of crane: -
i. Runway Girder:-
The girder of runway is to be fabricated out of ISMB-200. The length of each runway Girder shall be 3000mm. The beam shall also be fitted with Mild Steel plate of the same size that of plates of vertical posts of gantry, so that these plates shall be joined with each other with nuts and bolts and with welding as well. The job also includes providing and fitting of nuts and bolts of M-18 for fixing of plates of the horizontal beam and vertical post plates.
ii. VERTICAL POSTS
Providing and fitting of 04 Nos. vertical posts fabricated out of ISMB-200. The length of each post must be 4.50 meters. The vertical posts shall have to be erected on cement concrete block to avoid tilting. The posts shall be fitted / welded with 08 mm thick M. S Plate of 300 mm x 3000 mm in size at the bottom and having holes drilled at appropriate position for accommodating nuts and bolts. The job also includes Providing of MS plate of same dimensions to be fitted at top of posts for resting of running girdersl.The vertical posts shall be painted with one coat of steel primer and with two coats of enamel paint of black shade.
iii. Bridge Girder:-
The Bridge girder is to fabricated out of ISMB-250. The length of each runway Girder shall be 3000mm.
iv. Traveling Monorail Hoist: - The traveling Monorail Hoist shall have to be mounted on the lower flange of steel I beam of size ISMB-250x125 mm as the main bridge Girder. The both ends of the main bridge Girder shall rest on end carriage fabricated out of two numbers mild steel channels of size ISMC-150 x 75mm and 500mm long on each side provided with traveling wheels along with suitable reduction gear mechanism, line shaft with plumber blocks and to be operated by endless chain of 6 meters lift. Movement: -
The wheels of the end carriage shall travel on 25mm square Mild steel bars which are to be welded to the run way girders. The travelling monorail shall have to be provided with separate mechanical equipment for transversal and vertical travel of the load when operated from pump house floor through endless chains. The gantry as a whole shall be able to move conveniently with load from one place to another place and mechanism shall consist of gear train monorail of 5 Ton capacity having two wheels on either side of lower flange of the main bridge girder. The monorail shall have to be provided and fitted with chain pulley block of 5 Ton capacity of spur gear type having 6 meters lift. The job also includes providing and fitting of suitable size steel rope steel core tested along with U clamps etc.
Make of GEAR TRAIN MONORIAL AND CHAIN PULLEY: The gear monorail and chain pulley shall be PULL LIFT/Indef/Globe/Equivalent make and all other accessories shall as per ISI standards The girders of bridge as well as main girder shall be painted with one coat of steel primer and with two coats of yellow shade.

Fabrication, Providing and installation of Mild Steel working plate Form from sump side. The job comprises of the following processes and involvement of material Size of Plate Form
a. Length of plate Form = 12’.00) b. Width of plate form =4’.00
Cutting with oxyacetylene gas after providing of I beam of size ISMB-200 of 6 feet length(02 pieces ) and embedding of 6 feet length in cement concrete during concreting of plinth of pump house shed keeping 4 feet as cantilever Providing ,fitting with welding Mild steel channels in between the two I girders for its bracing and strengthening . The size of the bracing channels shall be ISMC-75x40mm. The channels shall be welded properly with the I beam cantilevers at the spce of 4 feet and the bracing 4 feet length of same channel section at an equal space of 3 feet shall be to make it a ridged plate form .
Providing and cutting as per size with oxy acetylene gas Mild steel chequered plate/Flower plate having 6mm thickness of size 12’x4’ and to be welded with I beam of the plate form. After fixing of the chequered plate on the I beam ,cutting of openings for accommodating the suction pipes of the pumping unit through the chequered plate form. The openings shall also be fabricated with the same channel section as used with the bracing. The openings shall have window type frames fitted with hinges and handle and to be made in two halves.
The complete plate form shall have to be painted in one coat of steel primer and with two coats of paint of black shade.

Manufacture, providing and installation of 1 ton capacity sump gantry. The job comprises of the following specifications, process of fabrication and involvement of material.
A). Vertical supports:-
Fabrication, providing, fitting and installation of Gantry Vertical Supports ( Two Numbers) to be fabricated out of mild steel angle iron of Size 40x40x6mm. The post shall be fabricated in four pieces of angle Iron having 18’. height and it’s Strengthening /bracing by horizontal members to be placed after every 4’-6’’ and diagonal members as per requirements of the same angle section as used with the vertical pieces. The size of the angle Iron posts shall be 24”x24” at the bottom and 18’X18” at the top. The vertical angle Iron posts shall be provided and welded with Mild Steel plate having 10 mm thickness welded at the bottom & top dully drilled with suitable diameter holes.The bottom portion of vertical support shall be embedded into the cement concrete block of 3.x3.x21/.2. depth to be laid in the ratio of 1:2:4. The posts shall be erected at the two sides of the Sump gantry.
B) Gantry Beam:-
Providing and fitting of main I beam (Horizontal) of size ISMB-200 having total length of 3.00 meters. The beam shall also be fitted with Mild Steel plate of the same size of the vertical angle Iron support plate, so that these plates shall be joined with each other with nuts and bolts and with welding as well. The job also includes providing and fitting of nuts and bolts for fixing of plates of the horizontal beam and vertical post plates.
C) Horizontal Support:-
The main I beam of the gantry shall be provided and welded One Number plate in the centre. Providing and fitting of One Number horizontal support made out of the same I beam of size ISMB-250 of 3’.0-4’.0 length fitted with plates. The one end of the I beam shall be embedded into the pump house wall and another plate shall be joined with the plate of Main I beam with nuts and bolts. The central horizontal beam shall act as horizontal support to the Sump gantry beam in the centre.
D) Monorail and Chain Pulley Block:-
Providing and fitting of 1 Ton capacity Monorail having 4 meters Lift and 1 Ton chains pulley block having 4 meters lift of spurr gear type. The job also includes providing and fitting Steel wire rope with suitable GI Clamps for the gantry. The chain pulley block and monorail shall be of reputed makes preferably PULL LIFT/GLOBE/Indef/Equivalant

Providing supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1000 Amp capacity main L.T panel.. The control panel comprise of following details and specifications:
SPECFICATIONS: The L.T. control panel shall be totally enclosed free standing type sheet metal enclosed, dust and vermin proof indoor type IP-54 enclosure and is suitable to work on A.C. 3 phase L.T. for the voltage and frequency as 415+ 15% volts and 50 HZ internally wired. The panel shall be painted with enamel paint. The panel is extensible type and comprise of the one incoming, and one auxiliary feeder and is as per IS specification. The feeders shall be derived as under: 1. INCOMING FEDER: - The incoming feeder l consist of:
a).04 no’s air insulated aluminum Bus Bars of adequate strength and capacity rated at 1000 Amps phase and 100 Amp neutral having a fault with standing capacity not less than 53 MVA at 500 volts.
b).01 TPN Air Circuit Breaker, manually operated draw out type 1000 Amp capacity having no fault capacity of not less than 53 MVA at 500 volts provided with over load protection relay system.
c).03 No’s 220 volt, 5 Watt neon type phase indication lamps. d).01 No. 0-1000 Amp capacity 96mm square dial flush pattern industrial grade, C.T. operated Ammeter of L&T make.
e).03 No’s 1000/5A-10 volt suitable current transformer coils.
f).01 No. 3 way OF/ON selector switch for Ammeter.
g).01 No. 0-500 volt, 96mm square dial flush pattern industrial type, volt meter with selector switch of Rishab make.
The incoming feeder also serve as the outgoing feeder for the one No. pumping unit at site for which the air insulated bus bars of adequate strength / capacity including other electrical accessories, volt meter, ammeter has been installed inside the panel for the outgoing circuit 2.ONE AUXILLARY FEEDER: - a).03 No’s air insulated Bus Bars rated at 200 Amp capacity. b).01 No. MCCB, 200 Amp, capacity of L&T make with thermal release setting range of 0-200 Amp having an integral magnetic thermal release for over load protection and shall also be provided with under load release to work on 220 volts.
c).03 No’s 220 volts neon type phase indication lamps
d).01 No. 200 Amp capacity 96mm square dial flush pattern industrial type of L&T make ammeter.
e). 03 No’s 200/5A-10 volt suitable current transformer coils.
f).01 No. 3 way OFF/ON ammeter selector switch.

Providing installing & fitting at site 500 HP capacity fully automatic auto transformer starter. The starter comprise of fitment of the following equipment and accessories.
a). Main contactor assembly of L&T/Telemechnique /ABB make having capacity of 800 Amp. b). Delta contactor assembly of L&T/ Telemechnique/ABB make having a capacity of 550 Amp.
c). Auto transformer contactor assembly of L&T/Telemechnique/Havells having a range of 225 Amp.
d). Thermal overload relays of MN series of suitable Capacity e). Double electro pneumatic timing relay having time range of 0-60/sec.
f). Single phase preventer for above capacity starter.
g). Auxiliary fuse units of suitable ampere range.
h). Electrolytic copper bus bar strips of suitable size of duly tinned air insulated mounted on suitable size baklite insulators.
i). Three no. current transformer coils with a range of 0-700 Amp. To be fitted in each bus bar strips connected to 96x96mm square. flush type amp. Meter of reputed make fitted on the door of the housing. Each phase shall indicate the amp range by having one number selector actuator fitted.
j). One number voltmeter of AE/L&T make 0-500 volts with one selector suitable for cut showing voltage in each phase.
k). On/Off push button actuator of red and green colors of 10A-415 volts 50 HZ suitable for cut out, dia of 30mm.
l). Complete internal wiring of the control panel for operating of the equipment the starter by using adequate capacity of single strand copper wire of standard make. The wiring shall be provided with ferrrules for identification of each wire at various joints. The wiring shall have to complete properly.
m). Housing for all the equipment fabricated out of 16 SWG sheet having size of 750mm width x 1500mm height x 410mm depth and shall be fabricated with a hinged door at the front which shall have a proper locking arrangement. The housing shall be provided with a base frame fabricated out of 75mm ISMC welded/bolted to the housing at the bottom.
The necessary brackets for the fitment of the above equipment. The housing shall have to be provided with necessary cut out spaces for meters/push button actuators/selectors actuators incoming and outgoing connections. And have air vents and shall have be painted with two coats of red oxide primer spraying two coats of synthetic enamel of specified shade from inside as well as outside after providing and applying of putty and smoothing of the surface.
n). Auto transformer coils made out of 1st class electrolytic copper strips having capacity suitable for the above starter. The coils shall be provided with “F” class insulation tape. The coils shall have tapings taken out at 40%, 60% and 80%. The core of the auto-transformer shall be fabricated out of 1st class silicon 92 grade pota sheets cut to size and then tightening of the same adequately. The auto-transformer shall be out of M.S sheet of suitable thickness so as to make the tank leak proof, which shall have a lid at the top provided with holes for tightening the same to the tank. The tank shall be painted in two coats of red oxide primer. The job includes providing and filling of high grade low viscosity transformer oil of power make up to the required level in the tank so that the auto-transformer coils gets fully immersed. Adequate capacity electrolytic copper bus bar strips or cable shall be fitted for internal connections. The tank shall have to be fitted at back side of the starter

Manufacturing, supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning at site 600 KVA capacity copper wound voltage stabiliser, oil cooled manually operated voltage stabiliser suitable on working on 3 phase 50±13% Hz AC supply. The core f the stabiliser shall be contained in a box type container fabricated out of 3 mm M.S. plate. The container shall be painted with two coats of steel primer inside and outside and with one coat of super enamel paint of Grey shade (spray painted) from outside the tank. .
