Replacement of refractory of 1.0 Lac Kcal/Hr Hot Water Generators: By way of removal of old damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory base. Mild steel hold-fasteners, wherever required, shall be welded to the refractory base. The old damaged refractory is to be dumped in the nearest municipal waste bin. The new refractory shall be laid in castable refractory cement of reputed make. The job also includes repairs to the front plate and replacement of all seals, gaskets, Greece, asbestoses rope, asbestoses felt defective nuts and bolts and all unforeseen items.

Complete servicing and repairing of Hot Water Generator of capacity 1.0 Lac kcal/ Hr. capacity by way of dismantling of boiler, cleaning /removing of soot and carbon deposits from the coil and shell of water boiler. The inside of the coil shall be cleaned thoroughly by circulating a solution of de-scaling compound (of reputed make) and water in required strength/ratio, continuously for minimum of 24 Hrs with the help of a suitable rated pumping equipment. The job also includes necessary repairs of automatic burner assembly by way of dismantling its parts, cleaning of oil pump and its motor assembly, controller, ignition etc., repairs/replacements to be carried out as required. The job shall also include servicing/replacements of photo resistor, nozzle, electrodes, diffuser plate, motor thermal relay, seals, gaskets, defective nuts & bolts as required. The job shall include testing of the Hot Water generator at the site on load. All tools, tackles, along with consumables and POL essentially required including other unforeseen items shall be part of the job.
