The bidder should have prior work experience in "Similar Works" which is defined as Fabrication/OEM reseller of steel/PE/FRP Buoys having IALA membership for at least 5 years. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last seven years. The similar works criteria are as follows: - 3 similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of this work, which is INR 1.19 crore. - 2 similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of this work, which is INR 1.49 crore, - 1 similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of this work, which is INR 2.38 crore. The percentage of similar works completed is defined as substantially completed works, which are those that are 75% complete in terms of Terms of Reference (ToR) and contract value. At least INR 0.89 crore is the required average annual turnover for the last 3 financial years. The bidder should have completed contracts with a value equal to or more than the minimum value required.
