The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 80% of bid quantity for Past Performance - 3 Years for Experience Criteria and Past Performance The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is Indian Standards, and equivalent Indian Certification/standards. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide copies of relevant contracts, delivery acceptance certificates, and other documentary evidence to support their eligibility. MSEs need to have a valid Udyam Registration and their credentials should be validated online through the Udyam Registration portal.
