This RFP is divided into following parts :- (a) Part-I. Contains general information and instructions for the Bidders about the RFP such as time, place of submission and opening of tenders, validity period of tenders etc . (b) Part-II. Contains essential details of the services required, such as the scheduled of requirements (SOR). Technical specifications, delivery period, mode of delivery. (c) Part-III. Contains standard conditions of RFP, which will from part of the contract with the successful bidder. (d) Part-IV. Contains special conditions applicable to the RFP and which will also from part of the contract with the successful bidder. (e) Part-V Evaluation criteria and price bid issues. 6. Placement of order. The purchase order will be place on successful conclusion of negotiations (if required) with L1 firm. 7. This RFP is being issued with no financial commitment and the Station Commander reserves the right to change or vary any part thereof at any stage. Station Commander also reserves the right to withdraw the RFP, should it become necessary at any stage. 8. Price Bids should be as per minimum wages as mandated by Central Labour Commissioner (Central Govt) or by the State Govt whichever is higher will be admissible. Bids with zero service charges/contractor’s profit will be rejected. The profit calculated should be in terms of Rupees and Paisa and not in terms of percentage for the future reference. The same is not subject change irrespective of change in minimum wages ESI and EPF will be calculated on the minimum wages, at the laid down percentages, any deviation on this account will also render the price bid invalid.
