Work Experience Requirements
The Eligibility requirements mentioned are:
1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/ State Govt Organisation/ PSU/ Public Listed Company for at least one/two years before the Bid opening date.
2. Past Performance: The OEM or its bidder should not have short closed any central/ state govt, or PSU order due to termination by the buyer supply of standard material, delay in work, dispute with the buyer or any reason not mentioned but attributed to the buyer. Additionally, 40% weightage is given to past performance.
The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are:
- Duration for supplying similar products: one/two years
- Percentage for past performance: 40%
The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are:
1. Ink signed letter of authorization from OEM/ Dealership certificate.
2. Certification required to submit for the bid in addition to technical equipment specification certification.
3. TEC approval certificate OR Quality Assurance Certificate from any recognized national/ international agency e.g, TEC/DQPA/RAIL TEC/ISO 9000 certificate.
