(i) Construction of Aviation Hangar Supply of store and construction of Pre-fabricated Aviation Hangar of size 50m x 40m x 10m height at eaves made up with PEB structure including RCC column fdn, PPGI sheet walling & roofing with seamless roofing system, bird proof netting, electrically operated hangar door and PQC flooring etc complete all as per specification mentioned in Tech Specification att as Appx "A". One chemical earthing set shall be provided as per IS-3043-2018 and complete all as per specification mentioned in Tech Specification att as Appx "A".Qty - 04 Nos. (vi) Lightning Arrester System for Hangar. Prefabricated gel copper earthing electrode of pipe in pipe technology. Two ‘B’ class IS mild steel pipes, one inside the other, hot dip galvanized with 100 micron coating outside and about 300 micron coating inside, filled with high conductor and corrosion resistant crystalline mixture and back fill compound around electrode as per IS 3043/1987 and to meet the requirement of IEC 62306 standard and complete all as per specification mentioned in Tech Specification att as Appx "A". Construction of Annexes. Supply of store and construction of two Annexes (Double storied) made up with LGSF framed structure. Each Annexe with the following dimensions :- (i) Ground Floor of size 50m x 5m x 3.20m (clear height from FL) (ii) First Floor of size 50m x 7m x 3.20m (clear height from FFL) including 2.00m wide projected verandah inside hangar. Annexes shall have 18 Nos Rooms at Ground Floor and 14 Nos Room at First Floor made up with LGSF framed structure with staircase including PCC base floor, 50mm thick Rockwool Sandwicg Wall Panel. powder coated aluminium section (LGSF) joists and trusses for roof, flase ceiling of 95mm thick Rockwool panels (FR), steel reinforced sandwich panel (FR) for floor insulation thickness of 95 to 100 mm and top layer of floor will be of Vinyl 4mm/Aluminium chequered sheet , UPVC doors & windows incl blinds, suitable store shelves and racks etc complete all as per specification mentioned in Tech Specification att as Appx "A".
