Survey, Design & Construction of Sewage Pumping Station with Coarse Screens (1 mechanical, 1 manual) & Channel of required internal dia and depth, in RCC M-25 for peak flow and for detention period of 5.0 minutes of peak flow on turnkey basis including designing and providing submersible raw sewage pumps, construction of inlet chamber, valve chamber LT/HT panel/Metering room,electric sub station incl transformer and electro magnetic flow meter , supply of diesel gen set and Servo voltage stablizer (AVR) of required capacities, pump house, firefighting arrangement, landscaping/site development, SCADA system for centralized control and monitoring, also including necessary excavation/sinking, dewatering, disposal of surplus silt or earth upto distance of 10 km or as directed by engineer in charge boulder filling in foundation below PCC, plugging in 1:1:5:3 cement concrete, including supply of well kerb as per design, applying epoxy paint on internal surface of sump well, and all other accessories also including erection, commissioning, testing & trial run for 6 months as per direction of Engineer In charge. Providing and construction of coarse Screen channel each to be designed for peak flow consisting of mechnical & manual bar screens of multiple/inclined rake type fabricated with 8 x 50 mm flat SS - 304 having 40 mm clear opening, conveyor belt etc. also including chute arrangement to take the screenings, screenings dropped from chute shall be collected in a wheel borrow. Sewage Treatment Plant

Survey Design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, hydraulic testing and commissioning of 1 STP (including reuse pump station & Main Pump station MPS ) with Rising Main for peak flow rate as per CPHEEO specifications/ Guidelines, with screen channel, administrative cum laboratory more than 450 sqm including effluent disposal arrangemen/clear water pump station & electrical sub station incl transformer. The selection of sewage treatment plant criterion will be guided by the least life cycle cost and latest effluent discharge standard. The plant shall include the complete civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation components including on-line Continous Effluent monitoring system (OCEMS) for Treated effluent at the site and shall ensure that the discharge standards as per design parameters are met as per proposed technology (all Civil, E&M Components) including DG Set, electro magnetic flow meters (at Inlet &outlet), Servo Voltage stablizer (AVR) of required capacities and scope of work and design shall be based on sound engineering and prevalent norms. All necessary infrastructure connected with STP shall have to be got designed and vetted from reputed Government Institute viz IIT Jammu /NIT Srinagar/Govt Engg College Jammu . Construction of all internal & approach roads along with R.C.C culvert, protection work/retaining wall, boundary walls etc, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, inlet & outlet arrangements and bypass arrangement controlled with sluice gates/valves, etc, shall be included in the scope. The scope shall also include all taxes, lift and leads complete. STP will have SCADA system so that whole plant can be operated from control room & linked to all IPS at one point and all relevant information is available in control room at any given point. An arrangement to treat 15KLD co-treatment septage in addition to the 4.50mld STP also in the scope of bidder. This shall be in Conformance with the technical specification & Tender Document (incl SCC) and construction Drawings submitted by contractor & approved by Competeent Authority. Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for 5 Years

Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of complete Sewerage Network, IPS's/MPS and 1 No Sewage Treatment Plants (Capacity 4.0 mld ) shall be done by the bidder for 5 years . The cost of chemicals, manpower and other consumables shall have to be quoted by the bidder. The 5 Years period of O&M shall start after completion of 6 months successful free trail run. Bidders will quote O&M cost for 5 years. For payment purpose department will divide the quoted rate by 5 years to derive at, per year O&M Cost for payment purpose.
