Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of two halved PU filled MDPE pipe floats with following specifications ID = 315 mm, OD = 670 mm, length = 1000 mm, reserve buoyancy at half submersion = 208 Kg (+/- 2 Kg), PE Hexene grade with 11 UV as per marine grade, PE density = 0.939 g/cm3, MFI = 3.20 to 4.00 g/10 min including stainless steel assembly kit (i.e; nuts, bolts, washers etc.) of marine grade SAE 316L and all the carriages upto site of work including loading/unloading etc. (Complete job).

Part-B Mechnanical: Providing / installation / testing / commissioning of 300M3/Hr (03-Cusec) capacity single stage fast pull out type submersible pumping unit to have non-clogging impeller conforming to latest IS codes and standards with manufacturers test certificate The pump to have a stationary arrangement and to be supplied and installed with pump connector / pedestal unit connected to the pump support bracket with suitable diaphragm to make a leak proof joint. The pump connector to be fitted /grouted on the sump floor on a suitable concrete foundation to be laid upto the suitable depth as per site requirements or as per recommendations of OEM, for which tools tackles, Labour, foundation material including Reinforced Concrete, mild steel rods, shuttering and maintaining of zero level of sewage within the sump shall be arranged by the contracting agency and is included in the job...Contd as per Annexure A)

Allied Mechanical Works Supply, fabrication testing, laying, connecting and commissioning of mild steel, 8 inches Diameter, 6.3 mm delivery conductor from outlet of pump up to manifold,complete with nuts, bolts, diffuser, gaskets etc. The length of delivery conductor required to be supplied, fabricated, manifold is approximately 10 Meters for each pumping unit. The job further includes providing and applying of anticorrosive treatment consisting of two coats of metal primer and two coats of enamel paint.

Providing and fitting of MS flanges 200mm nominal diameter fabricated out of 12 mm thick MS plate having PCD and number of holes as per IS specification. The flanges shall be welded through electric arc welding of adequate strength and consistency using “Ador” make electrodes. The job also includes cost on account of MS nuts/bolts and gaskets etc.

Supply, fabrication, testing and commissioning of MS Composite Bends fabricated out of 8” dia MS Pipe to be connected to the MS Delivery Conductor of Pumping Units through electric arc welding.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Ductile iron construction, 8” diasluice valves with bolted bonnet, inside screw, non rising stem and hand wheel operated having PN rating 1.0 and confirming to IS 14846. The firm shall have to furnish valid test certificate from OEM regarding sl. No/specifications/construction of material/rating of sluice valve.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 8” diaDuctile iron construction non return (reflux) valves, with flanged ends in swing type design confirming to IS 5312 Part I within the delivery Conductor of Pumping. The firm shall have to furnish valid test certificate from OEM regarding sl. No/specifications/construction of material/rating of Non-return valve.

Gantry over sump: Fabrication, providing, fitting of M.S gantry over sump. Columns of gantry are to be fabricated out of ISMC-150, 3mtrs long placed face to face 75 mm apart held together through 6mm thick MS plates 225 X 150 mm at 04 places on both sides.300X300mm MS plates 12mm thick are to be fitted on top and bottom side of column .Bottom plate is to be welded to the reinforcement of the sump top and grouted in it. ISMB-200,5 mts long is to be placed and welded to the top plate of the columns.The job also includes Providing and Fitting of one no. 3-tonne capacity chain pulley block with monorail. The job further includes providing and applying o f anticorrosive treatment consisting of two coats of metal primer and two coats of enamel paint.

Distribution/Control Panel Providing, Fitting and Commissioning of electrical distribution/Control panels comprising of 01 No. incoming feeder 03 No. outgoing feeders and 01 No. auxiliary feeder. The incoming feeder shall consist of :- i). 400 Amp, 4 pole,36 KA MCCB. ii) 400 Amp TPN Aluminium Bus Bar. iii). 400 Amp, 4 pole 415 volt Change over switch. iv) (0-500V) Digital voltmeter with selector switch...Contd as per Annexure (A)

Electric Cabling Providing, Fitting, Testing, Installation and Commissioning of 185 mm sq. 3.5 core aluminiumarmoured cable XLPE Sheathed PVC insulated conforming to the latest IS Codes 1554,from Substation up to the main distribution Control Panels. (The item shall be supported with manufacturer’s test certificates).

Illumination of pump house premises : Illumination of pump house premises with 25W LED street lights of Havells make to be erected on 7 mts long M.S pole 5mm thick with varying diameters of 125mm, 80mm, 75mm. with single arm complete in all respects which includes LED lamps, cabling, earthing etc. supply and erection of steel tubular poles is included in the job.

Electrification of pump station: Electrical circuits are to be carried out in 3/20 & 7/20 pvc insulated copper cable for lighting and heating points respectively.The cable is to be laid through pvc channels ,bends ,T’s fitted on the walls by gutties etc. The circuit should be complete in all respects fitted with 6/16Amp. MCBs , MCB boxes etc i. Lighting point with 09 watt LED lamp with on/off switch/ wiring etc. (06 No.) iii. Heating point in 7/20 pvc insulated copper cable along with 15 amp, switch socket combine (03 No) iv. 300mm dia swap exhaust fan ( 02 No.) v. 1200 mm dia swap fresh air fan (01 No). vi. Shock proof chequered rubber matting 11kv grade 1x2mx15mm = 8 sq mts. Make= Bajaj, Havel’s, Anchor, Legrand, Khaitan, Usha, HPL.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel Generating set, having prime mover rating of 125kva, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 Lagging power factor, suitable for 50 HZ, 3 PHASE system. The D.G. set shall be consisting of the following: (a) Diesel Engine 4 stroke cycle, Radiator cooled, electronic start, capable of developing rated output of minimum 156 Hp at rated speed of 1500 RPM and suitable for operating at an altitude of 1700 metres above mean sea level with -13 degrees celcious to +40 degrees celcious ambient temperature and 60% relative humidity.
