The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last seven years. The similar works can include laying of sewer network, construction of STP, laying of sewer network along with pumping station, construction of storm water pumping station along with network, or construction of Rapid Sand Filtration Plant. The bidder should have completed either: i. Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; ii. Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; iii. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The value of work executed shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of seven percent per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of Bid opening. For contracts under which the applicant participated as a joint venture member or sub-contractor, only the applicant’s share, by value, shall be considered to meet this requirement. The bidder should furnish a copy of the completion certificate with complete description of work, date of completion, and value of work completed from a competent authority. The bidder's experience will be considered based on the completion certificate of similar works, and the value of similar work will be considered at the current costing level.
