Sewage Treatment Plant

Survey Design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, hydraulic testing and commissioning of 2 STP's (including reuse pump station for both STPs & Main Pump station MPS for 4.5 MLD STP) with Rising Main for peak flow rate as per CPHEEO specifications/ Guidelines, with screen channel, administrative cum laboratory more than 450 sqm including effluent disposal arrangemen/clear water pump station & electrical sub station incl transformer. The selection of sewage treatment plant criterion will be guided by the least life cycle cost and latest effluent discharge standard. The plant shall include the complete civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation components including Online Continuous Effluent Monitoring System (OCEMS) for Treated effluent at the site and shall ensure that the discharge standards as per design parameters are met as per proposed technology (all Civil, E&M Components) including DG Set, electromagnetic flow meter, Servo Voltage stablizer (AVR) of required capacities and scope of work and design shall be based on sound engineering and prevalent norms. All necessary infrastructure connected with STP shall have to be got designed and vetted from reputed Government Institute viz IIT Jammu /NIT Srinagar/Govt Engg College Jammu . Construction of all internal & approach roads along with R.C.C culvert, protection work/retaining wall, boundary walls etc, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, inlet & outlet arrangements and bypass arrangement controlled with sluice gates/valves, etc, shall be included in the scope. The scope shall also include all taxes, lift and leads complete. STP will have SCADA system so that whole plant can be operated from control room & linked to all IPS at one point and all relevant information is available in control room at any given point. An arrangement to treat 15KLD co-treatment septage in addition to the 4.50mld STP also in the scope of bidder. Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for 5 Years

Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of complete Sewerage Network, IPS's/MPS's and 2 No Sewage Treatment Plants (Capacity 4.5 mld & 1.2 mld) shall be done by the bidder for 5 years . The cost of chemicals, manpower and other consumables shall have to be quoted by the bidder. The 5 Years period of O&M shall start after completion of 6 months successful free trail run. Bidders will quote O&M cost for 5 years. For payment purpose department will divide the quoted rate by 5 years to dervive at per year O&M Cost for payment purpose.
