Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-all work upto floor V- level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) using crushed aggregate including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) using crushed aggregate including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular ) bricks class designation 75 in foundation & plinth including superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 course sand) including cost of scaffolding charges and all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed & fixed in position of Ist class imported wood.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form (12mm thick kit ply wood) for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete (Thermo-mechanically treated bars)

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

P/F track deck crill make or equivalent H.I rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020mm cover width 28-35mm high crests at 250 to 255mm TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile SMP Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 No. stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with fuil return legs on side lapps for purlins support and anti capillary flute inside lapp. The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gms/sm) zinc/aluminum coating mass total on both side AZ-150 as IS-1397,550 PMA, yeild stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of SMP over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces incld. side and end lap and using 8mm galvalume hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all side and end lapps etc. (measured for unit of laid area).50mm (Including cost of ridges / valleys of plain colour coated sheets complete)

Providing 40x5mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long incld. Fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts, nuts & wooden plugs & embedding in cement conc. block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1cement :3 coarse sand :6 grade stone agg. 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing in position PVC conduit pipe 25mm dia. with deeps fixture boxes including all accessories complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing of fan boxes complete.
