Fencing work:- Fencing using Wooden fence posts at spacing of 8' & 4 strands of black annealed Barbed wire The Fencing work includes cost of material, Carriage of fencing material both mechanical and head load , loading & unloading, clearance of site, digging of pits of size 1'x1'x1'6",, fixing of poles in dugout pits as per specification, stretching of B.A Barbed wire in four strands. Painting of fence posts with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture as per approved design in green and white paint and its numbering in red paint. Providing and fixing of 1 No wooden ladder and 1 No Sign Board made of MS Sheet size 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick embaded into 2 Nos. verticle Angle iron size 7' length including painting/ writting, carriage upto closure site and its fixation etc. Atleast every 8th fence post along straight line and every fence post at the corner be fixed in a cement concrete.

Afforestation work by means of site clearance, digging of pits of size 45cm x 45cm x 45 cm along the contours as well as flat surface including excavation of Soil & planting of Poly bag conifer plants in staggered pits, refilling of pits with clean Soil. Plants shall be made available by the Department from different Nurseries of Kishtwar Forest Division. Note:- The extraction of plants from the nurseries and their Mechanical transportation including loading/unloading from nursery to site of work has to be done by the contractor on its own.
