Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specific grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) crushed

Centering and shuttering including propping etc and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Structural steel work built up in single angle sections including cutting,hoisting with priming coat of red oxide and painting two coats with all sorts of carriage complete.

P/F of G.I welded mesh 20x20mm slots and not less than 3mm in guage fixed on angle iron framework etc complete with welding and all sorts of priming coat and two coats of steel paints.

P/F of water purifier system with mineral RO water purifier system of purification capacity 80 Litres/hour and purification by RO+ UF+TDS control complete as directed by Engineer incharge.

P/F of inbuilt storage cum cooler of Model FSS-80L make 80 Ltrs storage capacity and 40 Litre cooling capacity fully stainless steel with 02 water outlets and all sotrts of carriages as directed by Engineer incharge.

P/F of auto on /off sencor for cooler storage etc complete of approved make ISI mark.

Supply,laying, testing and commissioning of following size cables XLPE insulated PVC sheathed AL conductor cable Havells/Finolex make. Including cost of earthwork, back filling, HDPE pipe 40mm dia bore and carriages for 6mm sq 4 core.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) triple layer polyethylene water storage tank ISI:12701 marked indicating the BIS License No. with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for Intel outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank(Sintex electro plast , Star Lotus or equivalent having valid ISI license) complete in all respects.

P/F of track deck crill make or equalient H.I rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020mm cover width 28.35 mm high crests to 250 to 255mm ( TCT total coated thickness) high tensile SMP galvalune steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 No. stiffing ribs,effective water schedule and special Male/Female ends with full return legs on side laps for pulins support and anti capillary flute inside lapp. The sheets shall a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum ( 150gms/Sm)zinc/alu coating mass total on both side AZ-150 as IS-1397,550 PMA yield,stress providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20mm micron primer coats on both surface including side endlap and using 8mm galvalume hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seem bolts at 300mm centers on all side and end lapps etc( measured for unit of laid area)0.50mm thick including ridges.

S/P/L/F of G.I pipe 15 mm dia with pipe specials etc complete including earthwork and backfilling complete.

S/P/F of PVC pipes 80mm dia for drainage purposes etc complete.

S/P/F of following CP /CI/sanitary PVC fittings as per site requirements of standard quality of approved make preffered make Prince,Nike,Essel,complete.
