Manufacturing, providing & installation of Pre-laminated/screen protected retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of aluminum sheet/ACP face to fully covered with high intensity & encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer in-charge; letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class –II of ASTM-D-4956-01 & fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminum alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300mm c/c all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures including the coast of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey color on the back side of aluminum sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing & erecting the same in position all complete as per drawing, specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge (structural frame work including M.S. Plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment). With all other necessary allied hardware’s required as per the site requirement complete and priming, painting of ISC, all sorts of manual and mechanical carriages & including cost of dismantling of existing signage boards & frame works with safe stacking & handling over to concerned AFO against proper receipt etc. complete. The size of sinage board shall be as per the requirement of site/park or as per the direction of site Engineer.

Structural steel in built up single section without connecting plates, including welding etc complete with priming, painting & carriages of all sorts etc. complete for fixing of retro reflective board of different size as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round square or rectangular hollow tubes etc) trusses etc including cutting hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer & painting the same including welding & bolted with special shaped washers etc complete.
