Providing and Laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3(1 cement; 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) crushed.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string, courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc up to floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering , finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size);

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size. (Crushed)

Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed, consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree, landings balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window skills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations: footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and centilevers.

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Wall (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttressess, plinth and string courses etc.

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls.: Under 20cms wide.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. : Cold twisted bars.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (By manual means).

Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundations and plinth in : Cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Extra for half Brick masonry in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z. sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber I neoprene .. gasket felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing I panelling, C.P. brass I stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thckness of powder coated 50 microns)

Disposal of Mulba including all leads/lifts etc. by Mechanical Transport/head load complete Job. incl. all leads/lifts and complete Job. (Item as per LMR)

Carriage of material by Mech. Transport. Av. lead 10 Kms.
