Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including Admixtures in recommended proportions, (as per IS 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and laying DPC 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) and curing complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete TMT bars.

12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size below flooring, retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty)by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50Mt & lift upto 1.50M. (RBM)

Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :-

Foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams.

Providing and fixing of prefabricated structure with 24 number of 180x180x8.0 column laying on plinth beam with M.s base plate 375x375x16 mm 600 mm long anchoring bolt with existing with plinth and column with 192 nos. 16 mm dia M.S bolts 600 mm long 20 mm thick M.S plate top with nuts and bolts and trusses member and (TB1) Tie beam of -150X150X8.0mm, (R.H.S) Rectangular hallow section of -122x61x4.5 mm and (S.H.S) square hallow section 50X50X4.0 mm i.e top channel hallow tublar section 96x48x4.8mm, trusses web 60x60x4.0 mm bottom chord 96x48x4.8 mm purlins size 96x96x4.0 horizontal i.e 96x48x4.8 below trusses support 60x60x4.0mm central vertical web member above colour 122x61x4.5 mm horizontal bottom tie runner 50x50x4.0 all plates and /members are wedded to fuller length in fillet weld. All joint of purlin tie runner trusses web and bottom chord with gusset plate 10 mm thick and clear 96x96x4.0 mm complete with roofing of powder color coated painted sheets 0.8mm thick . wall panel/ partition walls sheet be 60 mm thick in continous section PUF insulation and which panel comprising of polymethane foam insulation are sand which panel comprising of poly methane foam insulation are sand which between two metel facing 0.9 mm thick prepainted sheets. The surface of the steel sheets shall here plain and light grooves to enhance their strength as well as to provide aesthetic appearance the panels shall tongue and groves joint and can lock. The ceiling panels shall be 50 mm thick PUF panel with particular as above with tongue and grove joints brt without gmlock resting on T iron Tie runner the window shall be made of powder coated 10 gauge aluminium section fame 2.5"x 2.5" and shutter section 2.5" x 1.75" two track with fixed wire mesh and sliding with clear glass door shall be made of powder coated hinged door in aluminium section 2.5"x2.5" farme and 3'x1.75" door section with 5.5 mm thick floas glass panel and 6mm thick ACP sheet as per dircection of Engineer-in-charge including all accessories fitted and fixtures the flooring shall be done in the vitrified floor tile 2'-0'x2'x0" size wpoxy and grout material of approved make RAK,somany,Kajaria all works complete with painting in as per required including suooly and laying of Stone aggregate 4" thick Stone aggregate cement concrete 1:4:8 mix 3" thick and cement concrete flooring 50 mm thick 1:2:4: mix under the flooring and hardware fitted to the door, windows including all leads lifts and carrige upto working site heights density rigid polyuremhne foam of high density 50 mm thick (Density 40+/2-kg/mtr3) Make jindal/sintex/issoyod in continuous section and also includes Carriages of material by loading /unloading ,lead and Stacking at site (Complete job).

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS:4454 part-1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters 10.6.1 80x1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thick top cover

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Sand for an average lead of 100 Kms.

Stone aggregate below 40mm size for an average lead of 100 Kms.

Stone aggregate 40mm and above 40mm size for an average lead of 100 Kms.

Bricks for an average lead of 160 Kms

Carriage of Material by Head Load including Loading and unloading of 1 KM Average lead.
