Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) including cost and carriages of materials as involved complete(crushed)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete. Beams at ground level.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floor roofs having slope upto 15 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases upto floor 5 level excluding cost of centering shuttering` finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement:1.5 coarse sand 3 graded stone 20 mm nominal size) using crushed stone aggregate including all costs and carriage of materials as involved.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting binding placing in position complete using TMT bars.

Structural steel work in single sections fixed with connecting plate incl. cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete preffered make SAIL,JINDAL,TATA etc.

S/P/F of 38 thick seasoned suitable plained wooden planking in flooring, risers,treads and the like ,tongued and grooved recessed or as directed at site in flooring incl. fixing with iron crews, nails fevicol , polish and all sorts of scaffolding and all sorts of carriage complete using Ist class Deodar wood.

S/P/filling in position crushed stone dust in posts and the like etc complete at floor Iind level incl. all lead, lifts and carriage .

Structural steel work in hollow sections fixed with connecting plate incl. cutting, hoisting ,fixing by welding in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Preferred make SAIL,JINDAL,TATA etc complete shape/ design to be approved at site.

S/P/filling in position crushed stone dust in posts and the like etc complete at floor Iind level incl. all lead, lifts and carriage .

S/P/F of wood work in making benches using standard seasoned and plained wood with cost of nails,M.S fastners,adhessive, polish etc complete using ist class Budloo wooden planks with moulded edges ( as per representational image..

chiesel dressed stone work laid in flooring in horizontal planes with top surface levelled/flat as per prescribed pattern/design of average thickness 150mm ,of size not less than 300 x300mm, laid 40mm apart incl. grouting of 40mm wide joints in cement mortar grout of 1:2:4 mix matched with admixture ( using LANXESS pigment) of required shade @ 1 kg /2.5 cft of cement concrete as per site requirements and all sorts of carriages involved.

S/P/F of fine chiseled and dressed Devri stone in claddings and the like using machine cut devri stones in regular courses of 25mm thickness with edge moulding/nozings in 1:3 cement mortar and pointing with 1:2 cement mortar with all sorts of carriages complete

P/F of Track Drack crill make or equalient High Rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020 mm cover width 20.35 mm high crests to 250 to 255 TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile SMP Galvalume sheet .the sheets shall have vide pavers with 3 no stiffing ribs.effective water shedding and special male/female ends with all return legs on side laps for purlins support and anti- capalliry flute inside laps .the sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of zinc and aluminum (150 gm/sqm ) zinc/aluminum coated mass total on both side AZ-150 as IS-1397550 PMA.yeild stress .providing silicon modified polyster coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron primer coats on both surface incl. side and end lap and using 8mm galvalume hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seem bolts at 300 mm centers on all sides and end laps etc (measured for unit of laid area) 0.50 mm thick sheets.

As per item no 04 above for plain 0.50 mm total thickness SWP coated galvalume steel for similar material for ridge.capping pieces at apex of Sky lights/hips incl.notching turning down of edges of capping between ribs etc complete (500 mmto 1000 mm)

S/Providing and fixing of Khatam Bandi ceiling of desired pattern like chaar Gul, Changez Khani, phool or as required at site using first class budloo /fir wood , incl. Cost of Budloo wooden frame work of 50x50mm size and base of 12mm thick ply sheets with cost of nails ,fevicol, screws, scaffolding, primers , polish, wastages, and all sorts of carriages complete.

S/P/F of 32mm thick Decorative Ornamental readymade reccessed eaves boarding 250mm wide incl. Cost of nails , adhessive , scaffolding wastages, carriages of all sorts paints/ polish etc complete all as per site requirements using 2nd class kail wood.

S/P/F of 20mm dia M.S threaded Anchor Bolts of 1.0 mts length with cost of nuts, base template 8mm thick as per site requirements etc complete job.

S/I/T/C of Decorative ornamental Hanging lamp Holders of superior make made of die cast aluminium, with heritage look as per site requirement etc with cost of 14 watt LED warm lamps of preferred make Havells, Bajaj, phillips, polycab, Renunsula etc.

Painting steel work with delux multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade . Two or more coats applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litre/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture giving required shade of wooden look or as directed at site.

S/P/F of electric lighting and heating system /network using wires, switches of ISI mark of standard make etc complete havells, polycob , bajaj.

lighting points/charging points using 1.5mm sq wire.

Heating points using 4mm sq wire.

9 watt surface /concealed warm/ coloured LED light modular.

S/P/F of ready made imported wooden ornamental 20x20mm wooden lattice work /Panjra work of approved design and pattern with cost of 5mm thick glass panes on both sides of Saint Gobain make incl. 25mm cornice polishing, nails fevocol, wastages and all sorts of carriages complete.

S/P/L in position Baramulla stone in paths of uniform size laid 50mm apart over a uniform layer of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mix and incl. grouting of 50mm wide joints in cement mortar grout of 1:2:4 mix with all sorts of wastages and carriages complete.

S/P/F of imported wooden T&G panelling 15mm thick with cost of 50x50mm budloo frame work with cost of nails , fevicol, polish scaffolding and all wastages, carriages and end beadings complete.

S/P/F of 4 mm thick G.I welded mesh 20x20mm size incl. welding priming painting with sea green shade etc complete.

Consultancy charges for designing of framed structure incl. vetting of respective drawings, soil testing be borne by the bidder.
