Reinforced Cement Concrete in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto fioor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1 :2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate )

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and centilevers.

Reinforced cement concrete work in arches, archribs, domes, valults, shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° upto floor five ievel excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Removal of malba/building rubbish from designated sites and its disposal as per direction of engineer-in-charge, all inclusive.

Reinforcement of RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending , placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically treated bars.

Cement plaster in coarse sand 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand)

6mm cement plaster to celling of mix 1:3 (1 cement :3 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/ 10sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.20kg/10sqm

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. Including extra for providing ISI marked Stainless butt hinges instead of black enamelled butt hinges with necessary screws (Shutter area to be measured)

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :250x10 mm

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position. Second class deodar wood

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts lSI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete: 250x16 mm

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles Including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed sand) of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand) Ordinary cement without any pigment

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing alurnlruum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z Sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and I.S : 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing I panelling. C. P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in- Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.)For fixed portion. Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS'1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber J neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) With floating glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg /sqm)
