Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supplying & erection of 10 Mtrs long hot dip galvanized octagonal pole with base plate made in single section fitted with shape galvanized steel bracket suitable of crompton make and erection of the pole on provided RCC Foundation with galvanized nuts etc as required. The following specifications should be adhered for pole & accessories Make of CG/Bajaj/transrail or equivalent:- a) Pole Top dia - 100mm b) Pole Bottom dia - 200 mm c) Thickness of sheet - 4mm, d) Base plate of size - 320mm X 320 mm X 20mm e) Bracket for installation of 03 nos LED fittings : flanged type 1300 mm long made out of 100x100x6 mm GI Channel with 3 nos mounting plates of size 250x175x5 mm thick, duly belded f) Arrangement for 03 nos 3 x 1.5 sqmm inlet & outlet cable for connections of LED light. g) foundation bolts 4 nos with nuts of M24x 850 mm , washers, plates i/c connection and interconnection & The pole shall be fixed using double nuts etc. complete as required.

Re-installation of cable termination box alongwith drivers & other electrical accessories from old BFL pole to new BFL pole including connections, inter connections complete etc as required.

Re - Installation, testing and commissioning of 01 nos 150 watt LED Flood Light fitting from old BFL pole to new BFL pole including wiring of new BFL pole with 3 core x 1.5 sq mm PVC insulated & PVC round sheathed copper cable from cable termination box to LED light fitting including connections, inter connections, nut bolt complete etc as required.

Supplying & laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 3.5 x 35 sqmm, direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering Conf. to IS:7098

Supplying & laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 3.5 x 35 sqmm. in the existing masonry open duct as required. Conf. to IS:7098

Buyback of existing M S Pole upto 10 Meter height, including bracket "as is where is" basis excluding other electrical accesories including razing of existing Mild steel pole from embedded in cement concrete foundation. vendors are advised to check the latest condition of poles on ground.
