Providing and fixing PUF panels for wall & false ceiling as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with following specification & directions:-The PUF panels shall be 60 mm thick made using 0.60 mm PPGI skins on both sides and CFC Free 44 kgs bulk density (+/-2 Kgs) PUF insulation in between. The PUF Panels will be joined together using tongue & groove and cam lock arrangement as per Manufacturer standard. The PUF insulation materials in the panel shall have fire retarding and self-extinguishing properties as per international standard. he wall/False ceiling panels shall be manufactured on dis continuous production line having integrated decoiler, forming machine capable on line ribbing and folding PPGI sheet and shall use PLC controlling high pressure dispending machine of required capacity to inject specified amount of PUF Chemical for consistence quality on line. The PUF panel manufacturing machine shall be capable of monitoring and controlling the injection rate to assure specified uniform density dimensional stability and compressive strength. The manufacture/manufacturing facility must full fill following criteria on quality and production capacity.The Wall Panel outside PPGI colour will be RAL 1001 and inside colour will be RAL 9002 / 9003. The False Ceiling Panel outside & Inside PPGI colour will be RAL 9002 / 9003.Other details of panels are as follows:- All material required for the manufacture of shelter shall be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian Standard Specification.(a) The bulk density of PUF insulation should be 44 Kg/Cum +/- 2 Kg/ Cum made from CFC free close cell polyurethane foam and the dispensing machinery should be kept with a PLC controlled panel for monitoring and controlling the injection rate to assure specified uniform density requirements. The total thickness of the finished composite wall panel should be 60 mm. The tolerance in the panel can only be on the plus side.(b) 0.6 mm thick PPGI sheet 'U' channel of size 65mm x 40mm at the bottom (Floor level) and top shall be provided to slide and fit the wall panels. Suitable arrangements will be made to fix the U channel to floor at bottom and on top to structural members. PUF Panel Joining arrangement. The PUF panels shall have Tongue and groove type of joint formed on line on the forming machine integrated with PUF panel manufacture machine.(c) The manufacture shall have facilities for conducting bend test, impact resistance test, pencil hardness test, cross hatch adhesion test, paint coat thickness test to IS-14246 and for galvanizing test to lS-277. The manufacture of PUF panel shall have test certificate/report for fire BS 476 chapter V,VI,VII from CBRI Roorkee for any sample of PUFpanels.(d) The outer and inner colour coated sand yellow colour (RAL-1001) GI skin made from hot dipped galvanized steel of the panels should be 0.6 mm thick TCT (Total coated thickness). Each panel should be supplied pre-painted with a colour coating of 50 microns of architectural polyester on a minimum 175 gms/m² base of Zinc coating on the finished surface only for protection against scratches during handling and transportation. Base metal of Gl skin CRCA should be as per IS-513 and grade of zinc coating will be 175 as per lS-277. The pre coated Gl sheet skin should have min coating of 4.5 micron epoxy primer and 25 micron polyester top coat on the finished surface and 7-8 micron primer Alkyd Backer on backside which is bounded to the polyurethane foam. The pre coated Gl sheet should conform to IS 14246-1995 with manufacturer test certificates conforming to specification.

Providing and fixing Floor panels as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with following specification & directions:- The floor panels of the shelter & wind breaker room shall be of 60 mm thick. The panels will be made using 0.60 PPGI skin (RAL- 9002/9003) at the bottom and 40 mm CFC Free 44 kgs bulk density (+/-2 kgs) PUF Insulation in between along with 18 mm thick BWR grade plywood on top. The Floor panels will be joined using cam locks & tongue and groove arrangement produced on discontinuous panel production line. The floor top will be be provided with 2 mm thick aluminium chequered sheet fixed with suitable counter sunk screws. The floor top finishing will be provided with 2mm thick vinyl sheet will be over the top surface of floor.

Providing and fixing of Windows with frame & canopy in PUF wall panel to be fixed with 1.5mm thick UPVC Section 2 track sliding window of size 900mm x 1100 mm. UPVC sliding shutters with double insulated toughened glass (5mm toughened glass +10mm air gap using strip +5 mm toughened glass = double glass Insulated window) along with aluminium 3mm thick grill of standard pattern. Window will have proper locking arrangement and will be fixed to the wall panels using suitable screws. Window Canopy Rain/sun shed of 0.60 mm thick PPGI sheet of size 1200 mm x 450 mm using angle iron frame of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm duly painted over with red oxide primer. All UPVC framework material should conform to IS 513, 1996. All sections of UPVC frame/track shall be 2 mm thick and shall be of ISI mark.

Providing and fixing of Door with frame & canopy in PUF wall panel as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with following specifications:- Doors-Size 995x2135 mm- Door outer frame shutter will be made up of suitable 2 mm thick MS section. The door internal shutter shall be of 40 mm thick puf panel made from 0.60 mm PPGI sheet on both sides and 44 Kgs PUF density. The internal shutter will be hanged with 3 Pcs heavy duty hinges. 2 Nos aluminium aldrop of 250 mm and Aluminium tower bolts of 200 mm size from inside and 2 Nos D type handles will be provided in each shutter.Canopy- Rain/sun shed of 0.60 mm thick PPGI sheet of size 1000 mm x 450 mm using angle iron frame of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm duly painted over with red oxide primer.

Providing and fixing of Bunk Bed (as per drawing) with PUF Mattress.Two tiers x two set of Bunk bed of size 915mm x 1830mm to be supplied/fixed as per drawing. Bed should be made of MS Section- RHS 50x25x2mm special hollow section and 25mm x 5mm Tai Flat Mild steel strip. 12mm BWR/BWP Ply covered with 42Kg per Cum Density Foam and Leatherite / rexine cloth, the bed should be of suitable size to take 200 Kg load & 1050mm down from the roof. The lower bed will be at 450mm height from the Floor with Six legs of 50x50x2mm SHS hollow section. A Provision of stair case to be given to access the top bed and also arrangement of two storage system below the lower bed etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.PUF Mattress- Size of cushioned platform with plywood of thickness 12 mm and size 1830 x 910 mm. Cushion provided to be thickness 100 mm with density of 40 kg per Cum. Total 112 mm thick.Note- The each member of sleeping of sleeping bunk shall be detachable and shall be assemble with help of suitable nut/bolt and washers.

Providing and fixing 1500 ltr capacity aerobic Bio digester FRP tank of approved make with following specification & directions:-Bio-digester:- Aerobic bio digester of approved make with 1500 ltr capacity for toilet block will be provided below the toilet chamber and suitability connected with the commodes. Instant heating rated 1 KW in out let chamber to be provided for emergency heating (to save bacteria). The culture (bacteria septic clean liquid) to be provided with each toilet for one year duration.All three chambers FRP digester with heat tracer shall be provided. The three chambers A, B, C shall be such that chamber A shall be the inlet and chamber C shall be the discharge end. There shall a vent system connection A & B chamber to convey the gases generated to the height of about 4 mtrs.All the three chambers A, B & C shall be connected at the bottom most level with 3 inch dia polypropylene full way valve so that in close condition of valves and when the system is not use, the contents in the three chambers are independently held without any chance for a mix up. In the open condition of the valve all the three chambers gets connected, the vertical pipe near the chamber C can tale in a two inch suction pump which can empty the system. The Content from chamber C should be discharge into a trailer mounted holding tank which can be discharge to a remote location of biogas generation system wherever possible.
