The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works, specifically Wet Mix Macadam & Bituminous Surfacing Works, in the last seven and current financial years, as well as ongoing works. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work. - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the work. - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the work. For certain types of works, such as road work, bridge work, and tunnel work, the bidder should have completed works with estimated costs of more than Rs. 50 crore, Rs. 20 crore, and any value, respectively. The bidder should also have completed works with a minimum capacity, such as HMP 40-60 TPH and Paver finisher for Bitumenous works with a minimum 3.0 M width. Substantially completed works mean those works which are 90% completed. The bidder should submit a list of works completed or substantially completed, with details such as the name of the work, brief scope of work, accepted contract amount, and actual date of completion. The bidder should also calculate their Available Bid Capacity (ABC) based on their annual turnover of civil engineering works constructed in the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder should have employed a Graduate Civil Engineer or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum experience of 2 years or 5 years, respectively.
