Bidders, or their original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), must have regularly manufactured and supplied similar products to government organizations or public sector undertakings for three years before the bid opening date. To support this, copies of relevant contracts showing the quantity supplied each year must be submitted. For bids with multiple items, the highest-value item must meet this criterion. Additionally, bidders or their OEMs must have supplied the same or similar category products for 80% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years before the bid opening date. Supporting documentation showing cumulative order quantity in a single financial year is required. Again, for bids with multiple items, the highest-value item must meet this criterion.
