11 KV INCOMING PANEL-1 (Section-1 & 2) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of indoor type floor mounted metal clad, fabricated of 2 mm thick CRCA/Aluzinc sheet, 11 kV, VCB Panel with (7) Nos. VCBs, totally enclosed & electrically interlocked, horizontal drawout , each breaker mounted on a withdrawable truck, horizontal isolation type VCB as per IEC62271-100 for breakers and 200 for panels/ IS3247 of switch board, as per specifications, having capacities as mentioned below, single break, trip free mechanism,elecrical and manually charged and closing breaker suitable for use on 11 kV, 3Phase, 50Hz A.C. supply with short circuit fault level of min 500 MVA, complete with self contained electrically interlocked rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated & encapsulated copper bus bars of 800Amp capacity, breaker featured with mechanical ON/ OFF indicator with hand trip device, spring release coil, shunt trip coil and auxiliary switch of 4NO + 4NC and equipped with following switchgears and accessories i/c connections suitable for 2 RX 3C X 400 sq.mm. XLPE 11 kV cable as incomer as well as outgoing feeder. STC 26.3 kA for 3 sec , Internal Arc Test for AFLR 25kA for 1s at individual compartments i.e. Busbar, VCB and cable compartment. Seperate earthing truck shall be required for bus earthing & cable earthing. Earthing truck shall be so designed that it is impossible to earth a live. It shall be provided with capacitive voltage devider and complete with audio visual annunciation, one for each panel. Oil TYPE TRANSFORMER OF 1600KVA Supply, installation assembling, transporting, Loading, testing and commissioning of Outdoor oil type 1600 kVA 11/0.433 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz, Dyn11 vector group, BEE star rated, copper wound, class A or higher insulation level, associated with Oil and winding temperature indicator/ controller actuated by means of resistance temperature detector embedded in LV windings Associated buccholz protection arrangement, Oil conservator as per IS 2026 and losses as per IS 1180 Level-3, Outdoor type transformer with approximately impedance as per IS with updation, tappings for off load operation on HV side in steps of -10 to 10 % in steps of 2.5 %.The transformer shall be provided with winding temperature alarm & trip protection, having cable end boxes on HV side suitable for 3cx 300 Sqmm XLPE cable of 11KV grade and arrangement on LV side suitable for 2500A sandwiched type bus duct with neutral brought out separately and including all control wiring as per specification attached complete in all respects as required at site.) The transformer shall be supplied with following Fitting & Accessories: All standard fitting viz Humidistat for Alarm and Trip Transformer Oil Temperature Alarm & Tripping Winding temperature relay unit with Alarm and trip Oil Level Low Alarm with trip Electronic temperature controlled with RTD. Gas Pressure Relays Buchholz relay of double float type with high gas pressure alarm & trip suitable for 24 volts DC supply. With wiring upto marshalling Box 1 No. 150/5A, 5P10,10 VA, Protection class, CT after Neutral trifurcation point for backup, Restricted earth fault protection(51S). Outdoor type Marshalling box with RS-485 communication port for SCADA/BMS integration to monitor all transformer parameters or having 2 No. potential free contact for alarm, trip & annunciation (one for BMS and one for control system). The transformers shall have bi-directional rollers, winding temperature indicator, oil temperature indicator and Buchholz relay with wiring up to the marshalling box complete. The transformers shall have first filling of oil, weather proof HT cable box. The transformer shall have suitable disconnecting chamber at the ends with min 8mm thick non-magnetic gland plate , including M. S. channel and suitable size foundation complete with earth terminals / lifting lugs and other standard accessories as required, as per relevant IS to successfully test & commission the transformer as described above and technical specification

DG SET'S - 750KVA (with inbuilt PCC 3.3 controller) SITC of 'Silent Type' Diesel Generating set having PCC 3.3 controller alongwith having Prime Power Rating of 750KVA, 415V at 1500RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415V suitable for 50Hz, 3 Phase system & for 0.85 Load Factor and consisting of following: Diesel Engine Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 44 degree C, 50%RH & at 1600 meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% oveloading for 1 hour after 12 hour of continuos operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all accessories. Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following: i) Start stop switch with key ii) Water Temperature indication iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication v) Battery charging indication vi) RPM indication vii) Overspeed indication viii) Low lubricant oil trip indication ix) Engine hours indication Alternator Synchronous alternator rated at 750KVA, 415V at 1500 RPM, 3 Phase 50Hz AC Supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 44 degree celcious, 50% RH and at 1600 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP Enclosure, crushless continuos duty, self excited and self regulated through AVR confirming to IS 4722/ BS 2613 suitable for tropical condition and of class F/H insulation. Base Frame and Foundation Both the Engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of M.S. channel with neccessoru re-inforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement-concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangements as per recomdation of manufacturer. Fuel Tank Daily service fuel tank of 990 liters capacity fabricated out of 3mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with M.S. class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indication and accessories as required as per specification. Exhaust Sytems Dry Exhaust main fold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic converter. Starting Sytems 12 volt/ 24 volts DC Starting sytem comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement of initial excitation complete with suitable no. of batteries (25 Plates, 180A hour capacity, lead Acisd Type) as required as per specifications. Enclosure Accoustic and weatherproof enclosure with arrangement of fresh air intake for cooling of engine and alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere and suitable arrangement for busduct/cable arrangments, as per specification. Exhaust Gas Chimney Supply and fixing exhaust gas piping of suitable Dia welded black M.S. 'B' Class pipe, confirming to IS:3589 cut to required length and insulated with necessory bends, support and clamps, anti vibration mounting, insulation exhaust system and normal wool/ rock wool, 50m thick wiremesh and aluminium clading etc. length as required The DG sets shall include the cost of all accessories, Acoustic enclosure as per CPCB ,Fuel system and Emission as per latest MOEF guidelines, fittings, protections, instruments, safety controls, alarms, indications etc. complete as per specifications, as required DG SET'S - 750KVA , as described above
