Construction of cast-in-situ RCC M-30 grade circular manhole chamber of 1500 mm internal diameter including required excavation of earth in all types of soils such as murrum, sand, sandy silt, black cotton soil, hard soil, kankar etc, disposing of surplus excavated material within a lead of 1.00 km. The work includes : - i) Laying of plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) bedding in foundation.
ii) Laying of RCC base slab with M-30 Concrete
iii) Providing and laying of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate ) in channel & benching. iv) Circular starter M-30 base wall up to 50 mm above outer dia. of sewer pipe and vertical wall in conjective standard size 300 mm high rings. v) RCC top slab with M-30 concrete and P & F of 560 mm SFRC Extra Heavy Duty (EHD - 35) manhole cover and frame as per IS:12592 and as per specifications to with-stand for class AA loading. vi) Providing and Fixing (P & F) steel bar embedded plastic steps of size 263 mm X165 mm of orange colour confirming to IS specifications and sealing of all joints with cement mortar 1:1. Complete job as per detailed specifications, drawings and directions of Engineer-In charge, for following average Invert depths:
