Providing and fixing sliding arrangement in racks/ cupboards/cabinets shutter by with stainless steel rollers to run inside C or E aluminium channel section all complete as per the directions of Engineer in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing concealed hinge of approved quality for for 19-20mm thick door / Cupboards shutters with stainless steel screws complete as per the directions of Engineer in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing special quality chromium plated brass cupboard locks Size 40 mm with six levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) A) :for fixed portionPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

B) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilatorsincluding providing and fixing hinges/ pivotsand making provision for fixing of fittingswherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness. including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete Size of Tile 600x600 mm, as per the directions of Engineer in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within all leads of area 3 sq. metres and below complete as per the directions of Engineer in Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing matt finish stainless steel handle 12 inch main door/glass door pull handle S or H type 25mm dia with necessary screws etc. complete including carriage of material with in all lead and lifts.

Providing and fixing glass door lock stainless steel -304 with necessary screws etc. complete. ncluding carriage of material with in all lead and lifts.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

French spirit polishing Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge including the cost of painting with 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board including carriage of material within all lead and lifts

Providing and fixing glazing with 12 mm toughened glass, secured using stainless steel T connectors or clips, and filling the joints with clear silicone (wet joint) or pre-formed 90-degree dry joint complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing glazing with 8 mm toughened glass, secured using stainless steel T connectors or clips, and filling the joints with clear silicone (wet joint) or pre-formed 90-degree dry joint complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Supplying, Assembling / fabricating, Installation, finishing, and fixing in position Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding 3 mm thick in combination of solid/Metallic colours, including all necessary aluminium frame work of required section and complete weather sealing, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Assembling / fabricating, Installation, finishing, and fixing in position Metal Composite Panel standard Louvers Alstone Series 5500 Make 30 mm thick in combination of solid/Metallic colours, including all necessary aluminium frame work of required section and complete weather sealing, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel louvers cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Acrylic Sheet Letters made up of 2mm thick sheet, 0.45 m Height with back lit LED Modules placed over exisitng ACP Louvers complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 19mm thick water proof commercial board in shelves/box for cup board with butt joints & fixing with nails & screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 1.00 mm thick coloured required shade lamination sheet (sunmica) on boards/ply wood sheets with approved adhesive and nails etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, 125 mm, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, 100mm x 10 mm, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make,made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked togetherthrough their entire length and jointed together at theend by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipeshaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements forinside and outside locking with push and pull operationcomplete, including the cost of providing and fixingnecessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufacturedfrom high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover ofrequired thickness for rolling shutters.80x1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thicktop cover complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.
