Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of 1st class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) upto all height including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (A) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated Particle board board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ACP sheet ISI 4mm thick complete in all respect including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing stainless steel wire gauge of IS gauge designation 140 g with wire of dia 0.71 mm to windows and clerestory windows including beading and U of aluminium including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough cast plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement. Ordinary cement finish using ordinary cement including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth and cement primer complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing double charge 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600mmx600mmx10mm manufactured of required shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid with spacers laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and jointed with grouting of Epoxy material mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles in all storeys, height, levels and location as required complete.including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts

Providing Kota stone slab flooring and skirting 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. including rubbing and polishing complete. 25 mm thick of size 55 x 55 cm. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, hollow section, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works .including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC(D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints withapproved adhesive complete. 110mm dia pipes including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing accessories for wall face PVC(D-Plast) rain water pipes ie. bends, tee clamps etc. 110mm dia pipes including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast RCC manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality HD-20 circular shape 560mm internal diameter i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Mirror polishing and rubbing/Grinding on marble work/Granite work/Kota stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete in all respect.

Desludging of sewerage manhole and dispossal off sludge outside periphery of the complex complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing Division Plate for Urinals 600mm x 300. Vitreous China including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.
